"Thank you to Julio Valle from John Padilla Plumbing, Inc. After I had a lukewarm shower, I called Padilla Plumbing based on their 5 star reviews on various platforms. They had an opening the next afternoon. The gentleman on the phone gave me an estimate for replacing the water heater if that was necessary & told me their service charge would go toward any repair that they did for me. The next day, a gentleman called to say the plumber was running late & would miss the time window. What would I like to do? I opted to have the plumber come the same day if he could do it in the daylight. Julio arrived about 20 minutes later! Yay!! Julio was very professional & courteous. He tested the in-house faucets (upstairs & down) for water temperature. Then we went down to the water heater in the garage. He adjusted the temp on one of the heating elements as it was much lower than the other one. Again, he tested water temps upstairs & the water was already warmer!! This seems to be a well-run, responsive plumbing company that I will call again when needed. Highly recommend."

With over 16 years of experience, we have come across all different types of installation situations, various types of water softeners, and straight up weird code-defying plumbing situations that need a little love. "We have to WARN anyone thinking of using this company! It was a disaster from the very beginning. No one checks up on the crew once things begin. We had to fight every step of the way sharing photos of poor workmanship and sending text messages asking when they would be back to complete the work or come out to do the repairs. Communication was absolutely terrible. The crew did NOT know what they were to do when they arrived. Quality of work was horrible and their mission statement is not true… “We understand the importance of trust and transparency in the home renovation process. That’s why we make it our mission to provide comprehensive education and clear communication throughout every project…That’s why we go above and beyond to ensure a seamless and stress-free experience for our clients”. We have paint drips all over our cedar siding and hardscape. It took over 6 months to complete our job. We will need to find another company to repair the items they did not do correctly. Feel free to reach out to us if you’d like any more information at [email protected]. We’ve reported them to BBB and also reached out to the CA Licensing Board. We are hoping to save others from getting involved with this company and causing undo stress. DO NOT trust them!"
