Zech Plumbing

After large water bill, called plumber to find system leaks. Leaking sprinkler system and toilet feed valve found. Toilet valve replaced. We had them replace all three toilet valves in house last year.

They did a great job

Took 3 days as scheduled, crew was super nice and respectful, helped me move some pretty heavy items. Repaired and textured all drywall cuts perfectly, had to get into the subfloor upstairs and put that back together perfectly. John followed up multiple times to ensure satisfaction. My parents have used Zech plumbing for years and have never had anything but a great experience.

Friday morning I happened to notice a couple wet spots in our garage ceiling. After getting the ladder and checking it out, my husband found it to be wet. I called Zech Plumbing and was amazed to hear that they could come out early that afternoon. Leo arrived on time and quickly determined the problem. It was a quick fix and all is well.

On a Saturday over 3 day MLK weekend, we noticed that the water heater was leaking. Obviously this could be expensive. Asked a knowledgeable neighbor who he used and he said that he has used Zech Plumbing for 25 years +. Said he was always fair and responsive, and his wife phoned Zech on my behalf. I spoke w/John, he has a great sense of humor. Told me that he could get Paul over there in about a half hour. Paul repaired the valves + something else and did NOT try to push a new water heater on me. John Zech also stopped by to ck on how things were going.
Can't recommend this Zech Plumbing enough.

He fixed the pipe. He seems to be very honest. We also used him to replace plumbing for the entire house. He and his very trustworthy.

They did a good job. They did it reliably quickly. The guy was friendly and didn't make a mess.

Overall I am satisfied with the service, the shower was repaired well.  Scheduling was simple and they were able to fit me in quickly.  The repair ended up being more extensive due to rusting and damage to the shower handle over time.  They assessed the situation well and provided accurate estimates for time and cost to repair.  I would definitely hire them again.

He was very good.  He was very efficient and knowledgeable.  I was very happy with him.

This is the second time we have used them. They came the same day. They are always very professional and they come out pretty quickly. Mr. Zech was not able to come so he sent somebody out right away that same day. The price was reasonable. The quality of the work was good. We never have to call them back. I was actually going to call him again to fix up little leaks.

1.  The plumber unplugged both drains.
2.  He was 40 minutes and there was not a word of apology.
3.  the plumber was almost hostile.

Service provider was excellent! Knowledgable, friendly, and great work ethic! We have found our new plumbing company. Won't go to anyone else.

I had three bids and this was the best....If you check their website they say they do quality work at a fair price and I can certainly attest to this as we have used their services two times, once for our main water line and now our sewer pipe. I would recommend them to anyone that has a plumbing problem as they came on time, did a great job and cleaned up the site perfectly for a very fair price. Especially want to commend Darius who dug the seven foot hole and worked so hard as we have a lot of rocks in our soil and it is not easy to dig..he was amazing and very pleasant. Leo, the estimator and John were also very nice and pleasant to work with and I highly recommend this company.

Alex was extremely helpful, courteous and professional. He was a bit late, but more than made up for it with his thoroughness and knowledge. He showed me how to avoid a future problem with some simple maintenance. He fixed the leaky toilet when another plumber tried to sell me a new toilet rather than fix. Alex assured me I didn't need a new toilet and saved me lots of money.  I really appreciate his professionalism...and his wry humor. Keeping the number handy for future calls and will definitely refer them to friends and family who need to call a plumber.
