Billy was responsive, so knowledgable and helpful. I had 2 active leaks and he identified any further potential leaks from corroded and old angle stops that was causing my plumbing to fail and break. Water Heater Installation and Replacement
Billy from Lulu Plumbing came out to my house for an emergency hot water heater replacement. He explained the likely causes and addressed several other issues including a problem kitchen drain and our pressure regulator coming into the house. He was professional, prompt, and very customer oriented. I can’t say enough about his knowledge of and skill in the trade. He was patient with my many questions and taught me a lot about the technical aspects of the work he did. Super good guy who I’d trust for future work.

Excellent customer service and response time
Extremely knowledgeable and helpful, I was given several tips and information on how to keep the plumbing in my home, running efficiently.
