Excellent service. Seth was extremely professional; he revised his work plan after additional scrutiny of the piping, making it less costly for us. He was very much aware of our convenience in terms of organizing the work so that we had one working toilet throughout the job. Punctual to the minute. Easy to communicate with and good at keeping us abreast of his work. He also hauled away old cast iron piping.

Seth is a true professional! Seth arrived a few minutes early, was ready, and worked very efficiently. Seth did a great job cleaning up after, finished sooner than projected and cost us less that estimated. I would recommend Seth for any plumbing needs!

MORAL OF THIS REVIEW: Get this Plumber’s Quote(s) and Scope of Work in writing before using him. Especially if discussing more than one project! Seth Flannery was referred by a close friend after a disastrous experience with two previous plumbers which led to flooding and damage to our home. We spent the entire month of December without a fully functioning plumbing system. We felt like a homeless couple using grocery stores and restaurants for their restrooms. Apparently, this was lost on Mr. Flannery as his behavior and lack of professionalism was revealed shortly after he arrived for agreed upon service. Upon meeting Mr. Flannery, I discussed our problem and the reason for his being plumber #3 (which he seemed to be struggling with) then inquired what a gas line installation would cost. On the day he was to unclog our Main Line (Christmas Eve), he chose to first install the gas line instead of cleaning our drain. Once we clarified which was the priority (common sense would dictate clearing the drains was more important than an elective gas line installation) he abruptly stood up and while retreating to our front door, he indirectly accused my wife and I of lying or misinforming him about our desire for the gas line installation at this time vs. a future date. Had Mr. Flannery taken notes, he would have recalled what the job at hand was: clear the blockage. In addition, had he not bailed on us during our moment of need, he would have understood we intended to install a tankless water heater (by the end of the 1st quarter 2019) and it would have allowed for the desired placement of the gas line connection towards our patio deck vs. out the back of the heater closet. His temper tantrum cost him $3729.40, future business, and referrals. A wise person once said, “No One Is As Deaf As The Man Who Will Not Listen”.

Sink plumbing broke from age AFTER drain had been cleared. Difficult fix, but plumber did great (extra and unanticipated) job.

It went well. An additional positive note -- he didn't charge me for a brief housecall where he discovered that the sink I wanted installed had a ding in the metal and didn't fit.

The relocation of the hot and cold lines was done perfectly. The water heater replacement and re-plumbing around it was also done perfectly. All in all, Seth did an excellent job and I will use him again.

I appreciate the service by Seth, the owner. He showed up to examine 2 issues with work done by Clearwater a few months ago. The issues were not a result of his work, but he gave a courtesy no charge for his help on the problem. Thanks, Seth !!

he was quick and able to identify the problem

The outcome was great but it was very difficult and time consuming to get the oven to fit into a very tight space with 1/4 inch clearance. I am very happy with the outcome. Seth was unbelievably pleasant in spite of having to maneuver a 200 pound oven into the opening many many times and also deal with an uneven floor. I know my gas oven will be safe since Seth installed it.

Once again, we called Clearwater and Seth responded promptly and ready to go. As usual, the work was done quickly and professionally and way above my expectations. We have asked Seth for plumbing help on numerous occasions and he has always done excellent work at an honest and reasonable price. I've used several plumbers over the years at various homes and Seth is by far the best in terms of quality, professionalism, price and, most importantly, honesty.

They are great. They have done so many things for me. I had a handyman break my cast iron pipe. Since he was doing the repair, he went ahead and put in a new PVC pipe.

As always, Seth was very responsive, making a special effort to work us into the end of his busy workday. He got the toilet cleared in time for our company to arrive.

Very well, considering. This was a major problem and Seth took care of everything. He got the lines marked, had a backhoe dig out the line, which was about 7 feet deep, make the repair and had us back in our house in two days. We really appreciated the good job Seth did.

Everything went great. He seems very busy but he was able to solve and fix the problem quickly. I have used this company several times before. He seems very honest.

Seth always arrives on time, assess the problem, advises on what my options are, long and short term affects, cost and then what he would recommend. Cost is always reasonable and fair. Seth has been my one and only plumber for 3 years. He has done large re-piping jobs and small unclogging jobs. I trust and rely on him for ALL of our residential needs, large or small, I call Clearwater Drain Service FIRST. :-)

The job was done as well, on time, and coordinated with other work groups, avoiding an project delays. As always, we were very happy with the job Seth did.

The job went well. We live in a house with old cast iron drains. Seth has had to visit us several times. We are very happy with his promptness, recognizing that we need to have the drain cleared, so he makes time in his busy schedule to help us.

We really appreciate the work that Seth does. He is responsive, honest, professional and caring. The problem was fixed promptly and properly.

As always, Seth made a special effort work out problem into his day. He discovered that the drain had not been cleaned out in a very long time. He took care of the problem and I feel confident we will not be having he same problem again.
