"Gus at Pro Bright went above and beyond on a Sunday to detect and repair our master bedroom ceiling leak. With water to the house turned off at the street we were desperate to find a contractor who could respond right away. Other contractors offered appointments Monday or Tuesday. Gus responded that he could be here in 2 hours to repair the leaking pipe, but could have Jeff, his water mitigation project manager here within 30 minutes to assess the water damage. These guys were both so professional. They shared the process, timeline and costs, and were prepared to start right away. They promptly moved my disabled husband and his adjustable bed to another room away from the work area assuring his comfort and safety. Gus repaired the overhead leak and turned the water back on. "The tech was professional and arrived on time.  The general routine cleaning went fine.  However, the troubleshooting did not resolve the issue. He did notice the unit leaning a bit and straightened it out, but a couple of months later during another hot spell the unit was leaking again.  I called them and they sent the field manager who cut and replaced a very crooked condensate line and it appeared all was resolved.  Fast forward 10 months of rare usage: after 3 days in a hot spell - the leak reappeared.  I shut off the a/c and waited for a good 5 months before calling a different plumber who blasted out the main condensate and the secondary line, and tested it by running a gallon of water through the line.  I don't believe the line was sufficiently cleared if at all, the first two visits with Carini. This seems like a pretty routine issue with condensate lines so I'm disappointed that it would have been either overlooked or insufficiently cleared out.

On projects you can plan in advance, they may not be the best choice, but when you need work done immediately, they can come through.
