We are far from greedy Mr. [Member Name Removed]. We resolved /fix your issue and got it up and running and gave advice on operations/settings. You had mentioned that you had replaced a silinode valve and needle valve in hopes to fix this yourself; that didn't fare well and cost you money that was not necessary. We/I am taken back at your words and fairness about us as we were very cordial, responsive to all your needs. With that said, on May 19th you were scheduled for an air conditioning maintenance. While in route our techs call apox. 1/2 hour to arrival with phone number you provided. It sounds like our tech was little ahead of schedule and called to inform if it was ok to to head over however; if timing wasn't good for you our tech could've postponed to meet your needs. We do our best to work with our customers needs and schedule if communicated. We would like to help and offer you a $20 discount off any services in the future.
