You pass waterproofing installed a new window well and securely fastened it to the cement foundation. "I own a condo in Delavan WI and I purchased home warranty service from American Home Shield(AHS). Recently the unit below my condo unit notified me of severe water leakage. I contacted AHS for the repair and Innovative Plumbing was the only 1 (out of 3 plumbing service company AHS dispatched) that would come and fix the leak within 24 hours. From the very start, Brad was very prompt in responding to my phone calls (unlike the other 2). When he came to fix the leak, he took his time to find the cause of the leak which was caused by both a deep clog and an improperly installed overflow drain. In addition to fixing the leak, he also took the time to fix another water flow issue I had in the toilet (which was not originally on the AHS repair dispatch ticket).
