"I have used other tree services, but it is rare for them to willingly split & stack the downed trees (or during minor limb clean-up), and/or immediately provide stump grinding. Lino called within 30 minutes of submitting the request for service on Angie's list, and was available to stop by & provide an estimate within hours. The estimate was reasonable, accepted & work was started exactly as promised. The weather did not fully cooperate for the entire day, so there was a need for his team to come back to complete the work. Again, they arrived timely & on the date promised. There was some minor miscommunication on the placement of the wood pile, which was quickly remedied without a fuss. All areas (backyard to roadway) were immaculately cleaned each day. I was pleased with the exceptional work and requested an estimate for additional work next spring, if required. Neighbor's noted their work & were quickly provided an acceptable estimate, for which work immediately commenced. (Stump grinding was included in neighbor's work, but not mine as the stumps were too close to the easement & not required this time.) Stump grinding areas were cleared & well prepped. Courteous & professional team of diligent workers, for which I would definitely recommend & utilize again."
