"We highly recommend US Waterproofing. Unfortunately, after repeated issues (we’ve had water getting through a basement door, water backing up from drain/sewer pipe, foundation cracks – all which were addressed) we now have had issues with hydrostatic water pressure delivering a great deal of water to our finished basement. Only one solution – drain tiles and sump pump installation. US Waterproofing was outstanding, every step of the way. They communicated clearly what was needed, and much to our surprise, what was not. They did not ever try to sell us anything that was not needed – only what was – installation of drain tile, window well drains, sump pump, and all work related. All of the crews involved were outstanding – in particular, the crews installing the drain tile and sump pump. The supervisor clearly and concisely explained every step – and when issues arose, they were dealt with promptly. The teams removing drywall and reinstalling also did very good work, and were very responsive. Everything was done correctly, and on schedule The work is now complete – and the basement is back to normal. I commend USW on all facets – they explained everything, did not try to oversell anything, and were responsive to issues as they arose. "I was concerned that I had mold on my basement walls.  Rich assured me that it was not mold on my basement walls.  However, he did find some mold on the wood on the ceiling.  But he told me that I could wash that off myself and he told me how to do it.  I have medical issues  and my husband is 70 years old.  We are going to try to do this ourselves.  But if we are physically unable to do it, we will most certainly use Rich and his team.  Rich seemed very knowledgeable and was very friendly.  He did not charge me for the assessment even though he took time out of his schedule to come to my house and assess my basement.
