We had a small leak that only happened in severe rainstorms. Instead of diagnosing this problem the salesperson wa ted to sell us their complete system. They painted a picture of a poorly constructed basement with many problems. We resisted but finally agreed this was s mistake, because the only problem found after tearing up our basement was a dead sump pump and maybe extra weep holes could have been put in the crock. The original basement drainage system was correctly installed to code. Now our perfect basement floor has permanent scars and we are still fighting the concrete dust leftover from the project. The workers also damaged our vinyl siding and stained it with some type of solvent when cleaning areas that were marred during work. They are probably solve severe basement problems, but we were definitely “oversold”. We made a regrettable error in trusting their expertise.

Since we've purchased our house, Everdry Waterproofing of Wisconsin has since been nothing short of wonderful. The transferring of everything from the old owners to us was flawless. When we've needed anything they've been on it. Owning a home is a huge responsobility, but knowing you have an amazing company like this to make things easier is comforting. From the moment we called for a quote to the day we paid our bill, our experience with Everdry was outstanding. Business management workshops could use Everdry as an example of how to work with your customer and complete services while both following company policies and making the customer happy. We can't say enough about the attention to detail not only in the information given, but in how it was given to us. The amount of patience, clarity and thoroughness left us truly speechless. 14 years ago, our basement had damage from flooding when we had moved in and there was starting to be evidence of structural issues with the cinder block foundation. They came in re-enforced the walls and installed a sump pump and drain tile system. Ever since that point there has been no issues with any water or moisture in the basement, or any structural issues with the foundation. We couldn't be happier with the work that they did.

Great fix to the basement over a dozen years ago! 3 sides with metal beams for leaning foundation. Weeping tiles added too. Came back and added a second sump pump at no charge. Saw Tracy at the auto show and she reminded me that I could send in an Angie’s List review too. Recommend! ?️?

Today was the first day the project started. I can’t believe the amount of work they completed in one day. I have a huge basement. Jeremy was thorough in his explanation of how things would be completed. I am very satisfied with the whole crew. So far—so great.

Excellent service by Sebastian and his highly motivated work crew. They arrived on time each day and completed my basement in only 3 days. In addition, I was informed of all work that was being done and any questions that I asked were promptly answered by Sebastian. Finally, for the amount of work needed to complete my basement it was definitely worth every dollar spent!

I purchased my house in 2016 and the previous owners had Everdry complete work in the basement. My basement has remained dry and I have had zero problems with work. I would definitely recommend them.

I did not think I would give 5 stars to a company which tore apart our basement but here goes. Every Dry was professional throughout the repair. They were on time, kept us informed throughout the repair and cleaned up after. We are thankful for their services and would recommend to anyone which needs basement repairs.

Value for the money is most important when have your basement repaired/waterproofed. Everdry's transferrable warranty really puts money back in your pocket. I live in New Berlin, which is arguably the basement repair capital of Wisconsin. Why builders weren't sued for their backfilling techniques is beyond me, but another subject. Bottom line is if you want peace of mind, go with Everdry. When it comes time to sell your home, you will have the confidence that your home inspection will pass with flying colors. It's a dirty job...and Everdry does it well.

This was our first year (winter,spring) with EVER DRY. VERY SATISFIED! No leaks, moisture, mold. This is the first time we have a basement with NO basement smell. Highly recommend!

In 2010 we had water in our basement due to major rainfall that couldn't follow the normal path to our swell. We also had a problem where our basement walls were beginning to crack and push in and remained damp. We could tell that the problem was getting worst every year and it was only a matter of time for the foundation to give in and water to leak in. We hired Everdry to repair the problem and we have not had any water in our basement and no more cracks or walls pushing in. Also, Everdry’s service was beyond my expectations. They were professional, neat, quick, and very curious. They checked with us throughout the process to make sure we were satisfied and communicated and showed their progress so that we were informed. The guys were so upbeat and did their work with passion and pride. It was one of the best experiences we had with work done on our home. This is 2022 and I can say they left a lasting and pleasant impression, no water in our basement! We also purchased the yearly warranty which has been a good investment. The sump pump had a loud sound, and it didn’t appear to be working properly. Everdry replaced it in a couple of days. Gives up peace of mind knowing that they service their existing customers with quality service.

Fantastic! The work was done 20+ years ago and we haven't had any issues with water in our basement. When our sump pump motor needed replacement after 15 years, they came out and took care of it. I highly recommend them!!
