From the very start, Brad was very prompt in responding to my phone calls (unlike the other 2). When he came to fix the leak, he took his time to find the cause of the leak which was caused by both a deep clog and an improperly installed overflow drain. In addition to fixing the leak, he also took the time to fix another water flow issue I had in the toilet (which was not originally on the AHS repair dispatch ticket).
