Answered all my questions and even took care of a leaky pipe and hooked up my icemaker on my fridge in addition to installing two new faucets. It only took them an hour. "The tank for the well pump inside the house ruptured. They came out, and assesed the problem, and replaced the tank same day with a new one, as well as replaced some minor plumbing around the tank. he then flushed and cleaned all the plumbing throughout the house to make sure all of the black material from inside the tank had been flushed through the syste, The only problem I had with the project is the installer did not fully clean up after the project resulting in water that had leaked during the installation on the basement floor. Since it had gone through the pump prior to leaking there water was black from the inside of the tank and very difficult to clean."

"Kitchen remodel. Matt was very responsive and easy to work with. He was very organized and was able to complete the job in 2 weeks. The issues we had were from the people he brought in. Electrical - did not clean up wood shavings from where he drilled in basement, and I had to fix electrical outlet that was improperly installed. Am now having issue with another outlet being tripped that never had that issue before. Plumbing - left the water running in the utility tub in the basement. Since I do not go in the basement often I did not catch it until the next day. Behind the stove were a bunch of wood shavings and parts. Overall we are very pleased with the final product."

"I initially called back in March of last year inquiring what it would cost to replace my water heater. I'd gotten quotes from 2 other plumbers/ plumbing companies. Premier Services contacted via phone then via text. Very, very easy to communicate with, and they kept in contact with me at least twice within the last year, but not in an annoying or pushy way. Their quote was at least $300 cheaper than the other competitors. Still with quality product, Rheem. They also offered a lot of varieties with different warranty options. Jim installed my new water heater, very nice man. Kept me in the loop of how things were going with taking out the old heater (I like to know these things). Was in and out in 2 hours. "Top Bros Construction sure did a top-notch job on my bathroom remodel project! I initially called them because I had a leaking toilet that had damaged the hardwood floor and sub-floor in my bathroom. They removed the damaged flooring and replaced it with a new sub-floor and ceramic tile. I was concerned about how the newly-tiled bathroom would transition into the hardwood floor in the hall outside. Cesar, one of the company's owners, assured me that he and his crew would make it a seamless transition and as the attached picture shows, they did. They also provided the labor to install a new toilet, vanity, lighting fixture and accessories in the bathroom including dry-wall repair and re-painting after removing the old fixtures. They brought in a plumber, Roque 's Plumbing and Sewer, to assess the water damage and to professionally install the new sink and toilet. Any concerns or questions I had as the project progressed were answered promptly and professionally. I really appreciated that they did not try to up-sell me at any time and all work was discussed and approved by me before it started. I would not hesitate to use them again and would recommend them without reservation. They are not satisfied until their customer is satisfied. Terrific experience!"
