"With my husband and I being laid up from injury and being old, Cesar and his crew came in and did everything we could not do this spring. Landscaping, brick laying, gardening, laying stone and making special safe paths for us to walk. Cesar spent extra time on my mom's memory garden which needed so much work. This alone would have gotten them a 5 star review! He came highly recommended and it was tough to hand over the work to someone else when we are used to doing things ourselves. We are over the moon that it is done and my yard has never looked this beautiful. We are grateful, thankful and blessed to have found Cesar's landscaping. The price was fair, they worked non stop. "The staff seem to be really good and professional people. The reason for my 2-star rating is that the work done simply didn't deliver on expectations of durability. There are sections of my driveway where nearly all of the seal coating came off in less than 9 months, so I am going to have to re-do the job myself. This is not what I had in mind when I paid over $1,100 (a fair price, if it would have lasted longer). I understand that the work isn't covered anymore, as I didn't report it until the thaw revealed so much was missing, and I'm not upset with Merit or their staff.
