"We appreciate your review, but sadly, you are leaving some critical elements out of your story. Our team promptly and professionally answered all your phone calls, emails, etc. When you notified our company of this issue, we quickly let you know that your furnace did not have a new drain line installed, but rather, the new furnace was retrofitted to the existing drain line. When this answer would not suffice, you requested that we file a claim with our commercial insurance, which we swiftly did. The primary element missing from your review is that the insurance company sent out a third-party claims adjuster to evaluate the situation and found our company not at fault for the problem you described, but rather, the issue was directly related to your water softener (which we have never serviced). Lastly, yes, there was a death within the family of one of our owners. As you mentioned, we are a small, local, family-owned business. We take great pride in that fact, but sometimes life does happen. Our team expended extra effort into this endeavor to ensure you were of the utmost importance. We apologize that you are frustrated; we feel wrongly accused for issues we did not cause.
