"We have had our WASCO windows for over 10 years and were very pleased with the installation and the professionalism of the workers. We had one minor issue when I pulled the spring out of the side but they came and not only fixed it but showed me how I could do it myself. The man also examined other windows and gave us an evaluation of them for replacement. I continually reccomend this Wisconsin Company. CJMueller"

"They really go after you for the sale but after the sale is made they really fall apart. I got an email that my windows were ordered over a week after I ordered them, and an email 5 or 5 weeks later saying they came in. It took them another month to install them. Nearly all the quotes I got were the same but Empire used ?sign now? tactics to get my sale. If I could go back I would not have signed for the small discount and I would have gone with another company offering the same price with no pressure. My windows are fine and the subcontractors that they sent to install them were friendly."
