The project went very well! Mike is terrific. The crew came as scheduled. Explained what they would be doing and did a nice job.The first part of the project involved trenching the basement floor along the three walls. This was the dusty and loudest part of the work since they use electric jack hammers. Make sure you cover everything. They did a great job cleaning up the area they worked in but you will still have dust. We had a minor problem and came to a mutual agreement for solution. Nice people to work with, great job!

Very hard working crew. The did an excellent job installing drain tile, bracing 2 walls, and sealing all basement walls. Also installed an additional sump pump and ran the drain underground to the ditch.

Awesome job! Mike, the owner came over and reviewed the problems I was having. I had lots of photos to share with him regarding the incoming water problems in heavy rains.
Mike noted that the problem wasn't really HOW to get the water out, but rather how to KEEP the water out. (I had 3 other companies provide estimates; only A+ offered a solution to stop the water.) His pricing wasn't the cheapest, but it was fair.
I signed the estimate and the work got scheduled in a timely manner.
On the scheduled day, Mike's crew came over and began work. They planned to replace a wall that was literally rotting out, and replace a leaky basement window with concrete. When the crew came upon questions, they contacted Mike who came over, reviewed what needed to be done, provided expert advice noting how great their progress was, and they went back to work. They completed the job in less than 2 days. I have NOT had any water problems since. And if I do, Mike said to just call -- I was given a lifetime warranty on the work.
Excellent work. Fair price. Fabulous crew. I would definitely recommend A+ Environmental to anyone (and have) with foundation issues or leaky basements!!!

Arrived on time, performed the work quickly and as purposed.

It went fine and I was very happy with them. They were very professional and didn't have any BS. They gave me a clear estimate and did the work to that estimate.

Mike (owner) came promptly at the agreed upon time to evaluate our problem and recommended several options. He was very informative and we decided to install draintile on 3 walls of our basement and connected it to our existing sump pump. We had 2 other estimates to perform the work, but our neighbor's family has used A+ Environmental in the past and were pleased with their work so we decided to go with them. The crew came in at the agreed upon time 8:30 a.m. They quickly got to work. The crew was very professional and took the time to answer some of my questions as I checked in with them once in a while. This type of job creates a lot of dust and debris and they did an excellent job at keeping this to a minimum. They completed the work and cleanup by 3:00 p.m. Other than a little unevenness in the way in which the cement dried (which they also offered to come back and repair at no extra charge) we were totally pleased with the work that was done. I have recommended them to other friends who have similar problems with water in their basements.
