He even came back a second time after we got more water in another spot to see what could be causing it and what a cost-effective solution might be. On top of that, the price was right! We never ever felt pressured into committing to the work, and they seemed confident in their skills to get the job done. Our partial interior drain tile job was finished in two days. While we can't yet vouch for the drain tile's efficacy since we haven't gotten a large spring rain yet and we're still in the process of refinishing our basement after it was demoed for this work, we expect we'll have a dry basement!"

Sediment would plug the drain causing water to build up and create an aquarium in the window well. You pass waterproofing installed a new window well and securely fastened it to the cement foundation. "The estimator (Kaz) was prompt, informative, and responsive to my many queries before I signed a contract. The project manager and workers were all very prompt, professional, and courteous. They were respectful of our property and that of our neighbors, taking off their shoes when inside and cleaning up their work. I asked them to run an additional line from one of my downspouts, which was done without incident. We also worked together to problem solve an issue related to the sump discharge line. On day 1, they cut our buried cable line because it was marked incorrectly. However, the foreman called the company and it was resolved/fixed within a few hours (it has taken more than a day in the past when I’ve called!). I was quite surprised at how they cleaned up after excavating for the 6 inch drainage pipes. They estimated 5 days to complete the work and finished in 3 days. While I was not excited to spend that much to fix the problem, we knew we needed to address the improper drainage. Additionally, while I feel that I know what needed to be done and probably could have done so myself for less money, it would have taken me 3 months, not 3 days with my schedule. Overall, I’ve been pleased with the work and may have them come back and address an additional drainage issue in our yard in the future."

We were experiencing slow draining in the two kitchen sinks. The building is old, 131 years old, and has the original stack. The technician said that our catch basin and sewer line are in good shape. It took some time to clear the stack. There is some concern that the stack might need replacing in the future."
