Needed waterproofing in my basement. They came and inspected everything. They were very thorough. They were able to get me scheduled pretty quickly. When they came to do the work, they were professional and even installed a sub-pump. I don't have any leaks or drainage issues anymore. Basement is very dry!

"I'll sue you and take away your home!" - Tony M., GM of Waukesha's WI, EVERDRY. This is what Tony thought it prudent to tell my 80 year old mother when she said she was going to the BBB for help. The short story is we missed a couple $75 payments because we were never billed or sent any sort of reminder to keep the "lifetime warranty" in effect. When we did get a reminder in the mail we immediately sent in payment for the warranty. It was returned with a note to call EVERDRY. Tony M., GM of Waukesha's EVERDRY stated, repeatedly, that he COULD waive the $3,000 reinstatement fee but refused to do so. Yes you read that right, $3,000 to reinstate the warranty so we could have the privilege to pay the $75 yearly warranty fee (when EVERDRY feels like sending the bill). EVERDRY readily admitted that the renewal notice regularly gets "lost in the mail." When my mother said she was going to contact the local BBB, Tony M. THREATENED to sue and take away my mother's home. What an absolute clown. Terrible company.

Did my basement 16 years ago an still perfectly dry

I have been a long time Everdry customer (2009) and they live up to the advertising. My basement is bone dry (one end used to get inches of water after heavy rain) and has been for almost 15 years, they also replaced my sump pump under warranty with zero hassle, I called, they came out and swapped it out, easy. very pleased!

They repaired our basement over 19 years ago and we have had no problems since then. Customer Service is outstanding

DO NOT USE Everdry Waterproofing! I paid them $22,000 in January 2023 to install a sump pump and water drainage system for my basement that was flooding. It has been 10 months and they still have not completed the installation and my basement is still flooding! They have came out to my residence 22 separate times which means that I have called off of work 22 times because they come out and only do a little bit of work at a time. They have also completely destroyed the paint in my basement, porch, and walkway. They have damaged a lot of drywall and ceiling as well and they refuse to repair it. They also broke one of my locks to a door somehow and repeatedly state that they didnâ t do it even though it wasnâ t broken until they showed up. Their customer service has yet to act like they care about my concerns and are very rude. MY BASEMENT IS STILL FLOODING!!

We had EverDry fix our basement almost 20 years ago. We had water in the basement only six weeks after moving in back in 1998. We explored a lot of options to address the issue. Everdry was the option that made the most sense, as other companies did not seem to understand the actual problem, or offered a solution that I did not think would actually address the underlying issue. It was a big project, and was done in a few days. They offer a lifetime service agreement. We have had them come several times for different issues. At first, we still had an issue after a very heavy rain. They addressed this. We have also had check valves and pumps fail, and they are replaced as needed. They even fixed something that I broke with no questions. They are always responsive. Their warranty/service agreement is transferable, so when we sell, the new owners will not have to worry about the basement. Highly recommended.

Everdry Waterproofing came out in 2004 and put in a sump pump and installed an EZ Breathe ventilation system that keeps my basement mold free, water free and dry! Last year I noticed a few wet marks in two corners of my inside walls and they came out and dug down in 2 places to seal the concrete walls from the outside. They also waived my yearly fee for the year. They are very professional and helpful! Best investment ever!

I chose Everdry basement waterproofing several years back, and still have been very impressed with my choice. I have no water seeping in, no old moldy basement smell, and know everything was done to code, including support beams. The staff was very pleasant and respectful.

They replaced my drain tile and repair the seal on my basement foundation. Everydry was quick and dilagent with their work. Along with providing excellent quality with work that has lasted. I had work completed in 2021 haven't seen any leaks or issues. Even today they are helful if I have a problem arise and they stand by their work.

The waterproofing went OK but the cleanup left much to be desired.

Our garage is under the house and one of the walls had broken drain tiles allowing water to get into the garage. Everdry repaired the drain tiles, sealed the foundation cracks, installed a drainage system and sump pump. It's been 3 years and there have been no leakage problems since this work was done.
