"During the last very heavy rain the rain gutter overflowed causing water to flow into the window well and then into the house causing flooding in a basement bedroom. I had several people come out to give an estimate to re-slope the gutters and discuss a back-up system in case the gutter over flowed again. Jack was great! He absolutely listened to all of my concerns and had ideas to fix both problems--the rain gutters and to fix the flow of the water as a back up in case the gutter overflowed in the future. he understood the consequences of these heavy rainstorms. The tenants were even impressed and sent a text to me saying, "you guy did an excelllent job." 
Since the job was completed we had another huge rainstorm and everything held--no problems. Jack is awesome!
