"Alex is the kind of person who generates trust and confidence within 5 minutes. He first inspected every part of our house for rodents and told us that there were none in the crawl space. They found a warm place below the crawl space. He came the next day and filled all 3 openings (we had identified only one!) with concrete. We have not had an issue with rodents since. He informed us on even a 10 minutes delay in keeping his appointment. Alex obviously loves what he does - he is the 1st person I will call for any Pest Control issues.
