"Wayne made an initial visit and assessed the situation and proposed the solution and gave us a reasonable bid. He then returned and completed the job on time; this entailed injecting small amount of pesticide in the wall infested with ants and closing off the entry into the home that a rat or rats had created. He also set a trap in the crawl space to catch any rat. Today he returned three weeks later to assess the trap in the roof crawl space, removed the dead rat, and checked for any other signs of rats. His willingness to recheck our home and make sure we are pest free is what makes his service exceptional."
