Unfortunately, only the cardboard and approximately 2?3 trash bags were removed, and the green trash bin was left full. Despite multiple attempts to communicate via text and phone? clearly documented with written instructions, timestamps, and photos?Matthew did not respond or return to complete the job. This was especially disappointing because I try to give people the benefit of the doubt and believed my instructions were clear. Payment was left on the porch and additional cash was placed in a bin as directed. This experience has been a learning lesson to never pay in advance until work is fully completed.
