From start to finish, the experience with Lake Washington Windows & Doors was amazing. Great communication throughout the whole process. This is how home improvement projects should be run. The installers, Erik and Luis, were very professional and did a great installation and clean up. Would recommend in a heartbeat.

The team of Chris D and David B were awesome. They arrived promptly. Chris kept me informed on the progress of the project. They were efficient and professional during the installation. I appreciated their respect for our property and the clean up after they completed the work.

The process from initial quote to final installation with Lake Washington Windows and Doors was all positive! Their team has been responsive and helpful throughout. On installation day, Andy, Taz, and David arrived on time and did an excellent job. They were friendly, professional, and efficient. They respected our space, us, and even our cats. We are so pleased with the finished product!

Everything from end-to-end was professional, patient and detailed. We had lots of time with sales and design to see our options. They guided us through decisions we didn’t even know we’d have to make. The whole house was immediately warmer and the installation was so smooth. (At least from our side. I hope the installers felt the same.) The installation team told us each day what they would be working on tomorrow and worked around a couple of tight and high areas with no issues. They took extra steps to protect the surrounding areas and provided great information about how it was going. They took time to save some special millwork around the front door on the inside that we weren’t sure could be saved. It looks great. Finally, the Milgard windows we chose are so crystal clear, it feels like I’ve moved to a different yard. So grateful for everything Lake Washington Windows and Doors provided for us. Thanks to John, Mike, Chris, Josh, Joel, (and that other guy that showed up. LOL!) And Amy… thank you for being diligent and continually following up with us. Even when we didn’t get back to you right away. You were so polite.

We had a great experience having our windows installed by Lake Washington Windows and Doors. The crew, Chris, David, Joe L., and Eric were fast and professional. They were respectful and communicative and kept us up to speed on everything they weee doing including what time they would arrive each morning, the plan for that day, the progress throughout the day, and what was accomplished by the end of the day. We will be using them again for future projects and would wholeheartedly recommend them to others!

They just finished changing all of our windows + glass door today, and everything is looking great! The crew were really pleasant to deal with, professional, competent, and they were careful not to leave doors open when the cats were around, which I really appreciated. Highly recommend them to anyone who wants to get new windows installed by an amazing crew.

We highly recommend Lake Washington Windows and Doors. The sales representative was knowledgeable and able to help us choose the best products for our home. The products themselves are high quality and both installation crews were fast, efficient, and left the work areas neat and clean. We would not hesitate to use them again.

We ordered. They measured and gave us a date to expect new doors. The delivery was quite late and the double front door didn't fit and had to be taken away. They were able to use one (fairly insignificant) exterior door...and didn't do the weatherstripping. A supervisor had to come out and do that. Very poor work quality.

Working with Lake Washington Windows and Doors was excellent! The salespeople (I mostly worked with Jim) were knowledgeable, professional, took the time and exhibited great patience in answering a slew of questions about their products. We worked together to make sure the windows selected met the EnergyStar requirements necessary to get an energy rebate from the city. The installers were incredibly kind, professional, and conscientious, and pretty quick! They did a great job replacing a couple of rotted sills and matching the existing style of the home, and were honest in their assessment of the condition of some questionable weather-worn areas. Everyone on the "office" side was responsive and courteous as well. Like most projects, we hit a couple of snags along the way (one window was sent with the wrong glass, and one we didn't end up installing due to other issues in the wall that I need to address) but everything was resolved smoothly and billing was fairly adjusted. Overall, I feel that I got the best value for the service provided and the product installed. I had talked to 4 companies and while Lake Washington wasn't the cheapest, it also wasn't the most expensive, and I feel very confident in the product we selected, quality of the install, warranty, and general good business practices and professionalism. I would highly recommend them and would definitely use them again if I have any other window/door needs in the future!

This group is awesome. From sales to delivery to warranty they were responsive, professional, and nice folks to work with. I have 4 more windows to replace and will use LWWD again. They were honest, with no hint of BS, and kept their word at every step of the process.

Lake Washington Windows and Doors were super fantastic from beginning to end. During our search for windows we received bids from 2 different companies that sold the Milgard Aluminum windows we wanted. Jon Woods was super friendly, timely and quick to get us a bid. He went through the house and explained the process and timeline. He made suggestions when asked and gave a clear description of the installation. We ultimately decided to use Lake Washington Windows because they offered a better installation using flashing on the upper portion of the window as well as the lower portion of the windows. The other company said that flashing was only needed on the bottom portion because we had wide overhang of the roof. But I know from previous experience that when the rain and wind comes down at a side angle it could be prone to leaking. We submitted our deposit within a few days and a guy set up an appointment to come out to measure. (I wish i could remember his name because he was professional and friendly) He even made a special trip out to us to pre deliver the wood trim used on the outside so that i could paint them before the installation. Throughout the entire process Tahlia the scheduler was prompt in returning questions, and kept me up to date from the time we paid our deposit until after the windows were installed. They were even installed on schedule. We will definitely use them again when we replace all of the basement windows. Love these people. We have used many different companies in the seattle area from electricians, plumbers, cabinet makers etc while we've remodeled and updated our home and I we have been sorely disappointed. I can honestly say that Lake Washington Windows and Doors are some of the best. SO many companies here in Seattle are thriving because of the housing market and they obviously don't give a **** about the customers because they are already overbooked but LWW&D's do care.

I an excited to say I have found a one-in-a-million company. LWW&D was professional, friendly and efficient from beginning to end, from the salesman to the installers. I have no complaints, only praise. Thank you for the pleasant and fulfilling experience. We LOVE our windows!!!

From the estimate, to the paperwork, to the install, the whole process went very smoothly with no complaints on my end. Every employee I spoke with was very professional, we got a reasonable price for our windows, and they have made a world of a difference in the curb appeal and functionality of our home. The install only took a few hours and they were prompt and courteous. Very happy with this company and have already recommended them to friends.

Very poorly. First of all, our salesman was just that...all about the sales, nothing about the follow up. It was extremely difficult for us to keep updated as he was hard to track down. Then, he didn't really know his product. They had no showroom to speak of. Then, when we waited 3+ months for our front door and a VERY basic secondary exterior door to be delivered...they'd ordered a totally wrong and different front door. We did something we've never done before...we paid for the single, simple door and told them we'd find another company to do our front door. We were extremely disappointed.
