"Hi Felecia, I am sorry to hear about your experience. It appears that you have us confused with another contractor though. We did receive a request from you for a roof quote however, we were never able to connect to provide you with that information. Our records show that we have not spoken with you about your roof project and therefore have not discussed any pricing options with you. Feel free to reach out if we can be of assistance. Thank you!"

"This project was completed as agreed upon with the homeowner. After completion, the homeowner inserted an AC unit into the window and damaged the weatherstripping. I promptly sent my installer back to inspect the issue and confirm. Mr. Mack has been very offensive and degrading throughout the entire process to everyone that has come in contact with him from my company. He did go on to post a negative review which I asked him to remove since it was not justified. He stated that he wanted to be compensated for his troubles. From day one of working with Mr. Mack, I have done everything that I can to be accommodating. I continued those accommodations when I agreed to his request for compensation. The compensation that I provided was simply to maintain an accurate description of the situation (which Mr. Mack is continuing to falsify). The replacement weather striping is a special order item. As soon as that part arrives, my installer will be out to install it (even though the issue was created by the homeowner, not my installer, or faulty product). I understand that Mr. Mack is older and a veteran, and will continue to do everything that I can to resolve his issues."
