I hired Thompson, Roof, Gutter, Windows, HouseKeeping L.L.C. through Angi for gutter, window, and dryer vent cleaning. While the gutter and window cleaning were satisfactory, I am not satisfied with the dryer vent cleaning. Despite an $80 charge, only the exterior of the dryer vent was cleaned. A complete dryer vent cleaning was expected for this price. The owner, working alone, appeared rushed and dismissed my offer for him to return to finish the job properly, stating he was done. When I texted him about the incomplete service, his response was unprofessional and dismissive. He said, "I charge you only $80.00. And you cannot tell me how to do my job. Sorry, don't have to put up with you. I tried to give you the scope of work on each cleaning service. You that is not necessary. Have a good day." This communication is unacceptable. This experience felt like a significant oversight, and I want to clarify that I am not someone to be walked over. I expect a complete service for the price

Hired Thompson Roof a couple of weeks ago to power wash our metal roof, back patio and clean our skylights. Tim went above and beyond and power washed smoke damage off our siding and walkway. Very nice and hard working and will hire him again.

Great job. And extremely quick. Will definitely be using g his services again.

Tim is thoughtful, provided insights not seen with other services and extremely fair in his pricing. He is clean and left the job & site in fantastic shape. He started and finished on time.

Excellent work! Tim was prompt, professional, knowledgeable and pleasant to have around. Will definitely hire him againfor future jobs.

Tim started off great for us and helped with windows and moss removal. He then nickled and dimed us charging well over $500 for partial cleaning of our home. This was last minute before real estate photos and he didnâ t bring all his cleaning equipment. Left dirt on floors and piles of things. He was asking for more money during the cleaning and only there for about 3 hours. This was very disappointing after hiring him and paying several hundred earlier for tasks mentioned above. DO NOT HIRE HIM FOR CLEANING. And if you hire him for anything else, be clear on pricing and expectations.
