We purchased new windows and a front door from Champion for my mother's home. The salespeople were pleasant and the company was responsive to any requests we had. When the picture windows were installed, my mother said she saw a scratch on one of the windows. Champion replaced the window without argument or any additional effort on our part. The windows and door looked beautiful. We will contact Champion Windows and Home Exteriors when it is time to update any windows, doors, or siding on our home. I highly recommend this company.

Christy is an excellent representative for Champions Windows. I felt completely at ease discussing my window needs with her. She was able to offer first class solutions to my window needs.

Terrible. Customer service hold time over 30 minutes. Installer 2 hours late. Cost is $3000 more than last year due to “inflation”. Very frustrating to get service.

Overall we had a good experience with this company. The sales rep was good and helped us understand the process and pricing. The process of measuring and payments was easy and professional. The install was on time and done well. Clean up after the job could have been a little better. there were small cut pieces left in the garage and driveway. A little more attention to the detail work(caulking) would be nice. We would have liked a final walk through and inspection time after install before being asked to sign off on the project. The install crew seemed to be in a hurry to leave. They just left the keys to our new sliding door on a table. we found them the next day and were not even sure what they were for. Fortunately everything looks good and we did not find any issues.

Friendly customer service and knowledgeable about my issues and concerns with window replacement.

I met with Greg for a bid. He was professional and very helpful. I called Champion for windows because I bought 4 replacement windows from them 4 years ago for a rental unit. I have been satisfied with their service. Their warranty was a selling point as they have been around as a company for almost 70 years.

It was an easy process. The salesman came to my home, showed me the window options, gave me an estimate and a good idea of when the work would be completed. Another company was about 6 months out on their windows, but Champion windows (made in the Midwest) could be installed before winter. The installation guys were on time, neat, and professional. The windows fit well and I could immediately feel the difference in the heat retention. I'm going to call Champion back to finish the job this Spring (I did half in 2021, and plan to do the rest in 2022.)

Will wait about 10 weeks to get the doors but the measuring services and the salesperson was great...Aja came out and explained everything. The one issue we ran into was getting measurements, but even that was a non issue. One phone call to Aja fixed the whole thing. Thank you

Ordered doors and entry windows on 10/28/20. Install was completed on 12/17/20. The doors were installed incorrectly (front door on the back door and the back door on the front) and some of the trim work was shoddy. Replacement doors came in on 3/10/21 and will be installed on 3/19/21. Needless to say this has been aggravating to say the least and I will not be using this company for our planned window replacements this summer.

Perfection: initial contact with sales person Greg to completed product. Initial contact with sales person Greg was a positive experience. He was professional, thorough and personable. Window ordered and I was kept in the loop as far as delivery date. Installers did an excellent job. One 1/2 hours and window was installed. Gaps insulated, new trim inside and out. Protected inside surfaces during work and cleaned up after. Just perfect. I could not be happier with the product and service. Yes - expensive but oh so worth it. Important COVID times - masked and outdoor meetings. Thank you Champion Windows. Additional - great warrantee!

Very well, met with 3 companies and best price from Champion. Follow up was good, installer arrived on time and we are so pleased with how nice it all looks.

Installers were amazing, very conscious of cleanliness and and took extensive care of our furnishings. Would highly recommend them!!
