Jason repeatedly assured me that work was progressing and that issues would be resolved, but many of these promises were never fulfilled. There was almost no meaningful oversight, and serious problems were routinely blamed on his crew (Jason wouldn't take responsibility). Workmanship fell well below professional standards: siding installed out of level, missing flashing, improperly installed house wrap, and damaged materials used. The jobsite was unsafe, with debris and nails left around the property, causing damage and multiple punctured tires. The price was fair. You'll get a better product for less money. With windows it's all about heat loss and they measure that with what they call a U-Factor, the lower the number the better. Being a PUD approved contractor they require a U-Factor of .30. We can get that number down to a .21 for open windows and .18 for non opening windows. A third better but does not cost a third more. And if you live where there is a lot of noise it will almost eliminate it coming through the windows!
