I worked with Manie, sent him photos of all the windows to be cleaned, with measurements, and he got back to me promptly with a quote (which was a most reasonable amount.) Their worker came out a few days later and did a thorough, professional job. Site was left clean and all windows were spotless. Then Manie called to follow up, asking if our expections had been met and if we were fully satisfied. Artisan is now our go-to window cleaning service and we look forward to having them out again this summer to clean the second floor windows."
