"The move went exceptionally well.  Email and phone communication prior to the move was responsive and professional.  We had a written estimate of costs prior to booking the move.  They were flexible with dates, and had a liberal "change date" policy without penalty (with sufficient advance notice).  The movers called the morning of the move and told us they would be about 15 minutes late due to organizing the truck.  I appreciated the call.  They arrived exactly when promised and got to work.  3 movers worked on our house and were professional, organized, and hard-working.  Once they - and the truck - arrived at the new house, they got right to work unpacking.  They were thoughtful and organized on the move-in.  We had a couple challenging pieces of furniture to get into the basement, and they were creative and determined to get the pieces in place.  In the end, the move (including travel time from Ballard to West Seattle) took less time than the estimate, and we were charged less accordingly.  Everyone was professional, cheerful, fun, and hard working, and made our day easy and smooth!

"Kevin, Jake, and Hollywood did a fantastic job. They moved fast, even running a lot of the time throughout the mover, right to the end, which undoubtedly saved us money, while getting a quality service; the move took five hours, so we were amazed that their energy never lagged. They were respectful, wearing masks and physically distancing. They were very organized. Kevin surveyed all of the rooms to decide how to approach the move. He asked questions. They carefully moved our expensive treadmill with electronics. All of the furniture was wrapped in heavy-duty saran wrap, They were careful in moving item so that nothing was damaged, not the contents being moved nor the walls, floors, and doors through which items were moved. They arranged everything so that our Christmas things were the last things placed in the truck, and at the storage unit, they were set aside so that they would be placed closest to the door in the storage unit, for easy access for Christmas decorating. They provided heavy-duty, top-quality, new-looking furniture pads, not only during moving, but to use in our storage unit until we have them move everything back into our home. We appreciated the fact that we did not have physical contact when we were arranging to have them move our items. Communication on the phone and through email was thorough. I was initially apprehensive about making all of the arrangements without contact in person, especially because I knew only what I had learned through Angie's List about the company, which had an A record. I read every review. They certainly performed at the level that I had expected, based on the reviews. I was grateful that everything followed COVID-19 safe practices, especially because my husband and I each have an autoimmune disease and underlying conditions. Everything was handled professionally, from pre-move, to during the entire move. We will hire them to move our items back to our home in a few months."
