"Allan did a kitchen remodel for us in our condo. He demo'd our old kitchen, and installed new vinyl flooring, cabinets, and countertops. A few highlights: 1) From the initial call, Allan was quick to respond with pricing, contract, scope of work, etc. We were very happy with how professional and reliable he was throughout the full project - scoping the work, assisting with material selection, to the actual remodel. 2) While onsite, I asked Allan to make other modifications to our condo that were out of scope. Allan was fair and reasonable, and we were quickly able to agree on a price for the additional work. Allan did not nickel and dime on every little adjustment, and it greatly improved the overall experience of working with Allan. 3) Allan is very customer focused. He gave insights and recommendations into materials, design choices, and solutions - and it was very helpful to have a trusted, professional opinion on different matters. He guided us with recommendations on flooring, layout changes, etc that was very helpful, and was clear in communicating the options without making me feel like he was trying to up-sell more work. I felt that Allan was truly wanting to help us create the kitchen we wanted and not pushing his own agenda. It was super helpful to have him propose different options as we weighed different factors (budget, utility, decor, etc) to make our selections. 4) The quality of work was excellent. Allan and his team are committed to doing a good job. When we pointed out areas that we were concerned about or anxious with, Allan made sure to always make any adjustments we asked for and made sure it was just to our liking. At the end of the day, we are very happy with how the project turned out. Our new kitchen looks amazing, and we would absolutely work with Allan and Mimos Remodeling again on future projects. "Oasis Bath is a great company with a great product. My husband and I bought what we consider a vintage mobile home. We have been doing upgrades to home and needed to remove a tub/shower unit in the master bathroom. Given that we have a mobile home, we didn’t want to spend a fortune. We talked with a few companies and quite frankly didn’t like their staff or the product/price they were offering. Oasis bath was great from the start. The entire team is small and communicative, they all know what they’re doing. From the sales call to the install everything was great. We were able to go with the most bare bones option to reduce cost and even this option feels like luxury! We are so happy to have a luxurious shower each night to end the day. We’ve had the new shower for 3 months now and everything is still great."

"I reached out to Johnson & Sons and several other contractors to discuss the possibility of opening up and completely remodeling my kitchen and bathrooms, with the addition of a shower to the former half bath off the master suite. After receiving bids and meeting with each contractor, I went with Johnson & Sons due to the transparency and consideration Vic Johnson showed when discussing the project and its challenges, as well as providing a detailed quote. Because this remodel involved the removal of walls, tiling of the kitchen/bathrooms, potential size constraints, and a re-plumbing of the house, It was very important for me that things be done correctly, to code and with permits. Once demo and construction started, things proceeded at a brisk pace with minimal lag between subcontractors, and inspections. Their tile guy, Tony was great to work with and very helpful with making the appropriate detail selections around the showers. We did have a long wait for a cosmetic piece of cabinet siding, which ended up being the final part needed to complete the project. Vic was direct with me about the issue and the delay. Such a minor issue is in my opinion, very small potatoes compared to having quality work done. Ultimately, Johnson & Sons came in slightly under their contract price - a very pleasant and welcome surprise."

"?????????????????? This is our first project Bello. The first was a small bath redo that included floor leveling and bringing a 1960?s bathroom totally up to date. The team did an excellent job. We then contracted Bello for a major kitchen and primary bath remodeling job. We opened up the kitchen and added loads of storage. The bathroom involved moving plumbing, installing a pocket door and better ventilation. The materials and colors offered and the selections are beautiful. The cabinetry is high quality. Last minute changes were handled without issue. Touch ups were done when needed and all work was finished to a professional level."

He generally works alone, and if a project is too ambitious for him (it rarely is) he will honestly decline it. His quotes are reasonable and the quality of his work (most of which he will do himself) is outstanding. I would use Gary again for our future kitchen remodel. What to know is that Gary can be not as responsive as he doesn't have office staff to support him."
