Despite the fact that there was a tenant, and belongings in the home, Joseph completed a thorough inspection. I was able to be with him or nearby throughout the inspection and he was able to explain much of what he found so that I could easily understand it. Additionally, his written report at the end was thorough, had the appropriate photos and was presented i a manner that made it easy to comprehend.
