"Joseph at Pride Home Inspections did a wonderful job for us. We hired him to inspect a 1993 manufactured home. Despite the fact that there was a tenant, and belongings in the home, Joseph completed a thorough inspection. I was able to be with him or nearby throughout the inspection and he was able to explain much of what he found so that I could easily understand it. Additionally, his written report at the end was thorough, had the appropriate photos and was presented i a manner that made it easy to comprehend. Andy Construction gave us a very reasonable quote for removing what was there and installing the vapor barriers, replacing spotty floor insulation, sealing cracks and new access doors. The crew was courteous, on time, and left no mess. We haven’t seen a mouse since and the ants are getting under control. Our floors and home are so much warmer! "Great! Our flat roof was pooling water and our traditional part of the roof had no ventilation. Eugene's crew came to complete repairs. The crew of 4 arrived right on time at 8 am, they began disassembling part of the roof while materials arrived from Eugene, the owner. The worked all day and were done around 3:30 pm. I asked if I could go on the roof and see what they did and Florindo, the lead of the crew, gave me the run through of what they did. Then they cleaned up the whole job and left with the waste for the day. The crew was great and Eugene went out of his way to make sure the job was done right, he came and inspected the roof work about after the crew left."
