"Jack provided an estimate for the work that fit into my budget. Jack and his crew were friendly, informative, timely, and paid attention to detail. Jack adjusted his work schedule to my needs, and cleaned up at the end of each work day. I had most of my bathroom torn out and converted a 30" tub/shower unit into a 36" spa shower using the Kohler Tresham 60x36" unit with integral right hand seat, tile going up to the ceiling, shampoo cubby and rain glass shower doors. Also had tile flooring moving from the bathroom out into an L-shaped hallway, all smooth with no threshold. New 17" Kohler toilet, sinks, mirrors, hardware, lighting and heat/fan, Cambridge Quartz 8 ft vanity top, etc. I was impressed with the attention to detail and the communication. The bathroom and hallway look wonderful. And best of all, the cost did not exceed the estimate. We will be calling upon Jack for an estimate on a basement remodel shortly."

He agreed to come back after 4 pm, but it was raining heavily that day and he didn’t feel comfortable replacing the glass into the wood frame in the downpour. He returned a few days later while I was still at work and began to remove the wood around the window. When I returned home, he was gone. Turned out my wood was rotten and he went to the hardware store to buy replacement wood. He dug out additional rot, filled it in, replaced the window and sealed and silicones all around it. And he did not charge me anything over the bid he had given! I will be using this company again!"
