"How did it go? Excellent! Jamie, the owner, was quick to respond to any and all inquires. Easy to reach, easy to get a hold of, both by e-mail and text. His team chief, Bob, clearly had years of experience! They were scheduled for 9 am and at 9 am, I looked outside to see the truck parked outside! Bob's experience came in handy when there were issues getting my sliding glass door into place, due to my residence being roughly 50 years old; which still had the the original, single pane, metal frame windows & slider door. If there were any issues with the same old type of windows which were replaced, I didn't know it because everything went so smoothly. Bob knew exactly how to quickly fix any issues, and his entire crew ran like a well oiled machine. The crew were extremely efficient. plus they went above and beyond; making sure the window glass and frames were cleaned and they vacuumed up the little bits of debris created when taking out the old metal framed windows and they took the old windows/door with them when they left for safe disposal. All the while never complaining about the pouring down rain! I would highly recommend this company, in short, for the excellent install , clean up and very fair pricing."

He was incredibly responsive, answered all my questions, and gave me a "best guess" number over the phone even before he had seen the window that was being replaced. He then showed up with his team (exactly on time) and they did the measurements and were right on with their initial estimate. The glass was a few weeks out to order (given the size) but right when they got it, Sean called and set up a delivery. Again, they were right on time within the window that they said for doing the install and were quick to get the old window out, and the new one put in place. The lead time was 2-3 weeks. The job was finished within that timeframe. They did an outstanding job replacing the window. They also did an amazing job cleaning up broken glass and even vacuumed out the carpet to ensure there were no broken fragments remaining in the carpet.
