This was a big project involving multiple people, my main indoor crew was Chris, Dakota and Brady. ( Brian came one day) The primary outdoor crew was George and Isaac with Devon coming a couple times. There were many more staff and managers that participated as well. I apologize there are a couple names I don’t remember since I only met them once. Rhi was my main contact by telephone. I will first acknowledge that when any contractors are working at your home even under the best circumstances there’s typically a few things that are unexpected and minor damage comes with the territory I’ve learned over the years. Having gotten that out of the way I give Seatown a solid five stars!!! The crew respected my home and protected it as best they could during a large scope of work. I have used Seatown in the past and decided to use them for the scope of work this time even though they are not the cheapest… based on reviews from multiple websites including Angie’s List. They guarantee their labor for a lifetime. (Manager Clay Advised me on that)! WOW!! These guys are so professional, so patient and willing to do whatever they can to please the homeowner (while of course doing everything correctly and to code). If I wasn’t pleased with something -which didn’t happen often- they redid it until I was giving a thumbs up. I know long reviews can get cumbersome but I want to stress, The updates you get on your job by text and email, The way the guys protect your home and clean up every evening, The way the young guys are a testimony to their profession- i’ve honestly never come across such knowledgeable, detailed, professional young men in the trades. Seatown should be very proud of their apprentices !! Here’s an example of exemplary customer service : accidentally my irrigation system was broken during installation of new water service. I’d like to mention Isaac and Clay who didn’t stop updating me until the irrigation system was fixed and up and running beautifully. The guys often told me “if we damage something that’s on us and we will fix it.” They proved that even when mistakes happen they will make it right. I could tell you specific stories but I think if you’re reading this you just want to know if you should hire Seatown - YES, you absolutely should -with confidence

  • Seatown Electric Plumbing Heating & Air
From the moment I scheduled the appointment to the completion of the job I was kept informed by email and texts. Jacob was superb and very professional. He has a great sense of humor too! When my faucet was installed he ensured it worked and of course no leaks. The kitchen was left spotless as of he had not even been there. Well done

  • Seatown Electric Plumbing Heating & Air
Called day earlier and next day technician came. Two other plumbers I contacted via Angie didn’t call back so I took his estimate and repair done less than an hour. Was able to call insurance co on a same day.

  • Seatown Electric Plumbing Heating & Air
Anthony did a good job of explaining to me what the problem was and giving me an honest explanation of what it would cost for him to do the very simple replacement job vs if I did it on my own. He was courteous, professional and I appreciated his honest feedback.

  • O'Neill Plumbing
I don't think many plumbing companies could have fixed my issue without major work. My house has original 1940's plumbing and parts are unavailable. Phil, at O'Neill's had the needed parts fabricated and shipped from California. Farmer and Nick did an amazing job in fixing the shower; even with the new parts it was a tough job. The cost was a fraction of what the job would have cost if a less experienced team had just done the easy fix and torn the shower apart. I can't compliment the professionalism enough

The guys came out and was able to discover the reason for us not having hot water in our bathtub, and had it all fixed within two hours. Very impressed.

  • Drain Pro Plumbing Inc
Called to schedule a kitchen sink drain clean out. Schedule same day plumber who showed up early and was able to clear drain within an hour. This is the second time I have called Drain Pro Plumbing Inc. Always professional and provides the service needed. I have already consulted for my next plumbing job with Drain Pro Plumbing and recommend them to my friends who need plumbing work

Plumbing FAQ

  1. How much does a plumber cost?

Answer: The cost of a plumber ranges from $175 to $480, with a national average of $330. However, the price will vary depending on job complexity, timing, location, supplies and materials, permits, and level of expertise. These costs typically include toilet repairs, faucet installations, and leaky pipes. In addition to the service call, you may also need to budget for haul-away and trip fees often required during more complicated jobs. Ask your local plumbing contractor about these fees before hiring them.

  2. How much does a plumber charge to replace a toilet?

Answer: On average, you can expect to pay your local plumbing contractor between $125 and $230 to replace an old toilet, with most residential homeowners paying around $150 to $180 for professional installation. You’ll need to consider materials and labor when calculating a final price. Not all toilets are equal. Depending on the brand you choose and the features you want, a new toilet might run you anywhere from $100 to $1,300. Add in the price of labor and installation, and your total project can jump up to $200 and $1,500.

  3. How much does a plumber cost to fix a toilet?

Answer: According to our service providers, it costs roughly $75 to $200 on average to have your toilet repaired. However, this price will vary depending on the complexity of the job and the materials needed for the fix. Repairs can be messy and less-than-pleasant to address, but having a functioning toilet is most definitely necessary. If you’re experiencing problems with your toilet, contact a local, reputable plumbing contractor right away, as avoiding repairs can lead to bigger—and more expensive—issues over time.

  4. Is liquid plumber safe for septic systems?

Answer: Good news! Liquid-Plumr® is safe for septic systems. Most drain cleaners disrupt the pH in your septic tank, which prevents the good bacteria from breaking down septic waste. The chemical make-up in Liquid-Plumr® works with the bacteria to break down waste quickly without harming your septic system. Still, it’s best to confirm with your local plumbing provider if Liquid-Plumr® is the right solution for your system.

  5. How much is it for a plumber to unclog a toilet?

Answer: Even the most well-maintained toilets experience clogs. It’ll cost you an average of $200 to $700 to unclog your toilet. Severe clogs will require a more comprehensive repair method, so check with your local plumbing contractor to determine the best approach for unclogging your toilet.

  6. Is Liquid-Plumr®, or any other liquid drain cleaner, safe for septic systems?

Answer: Yes and no. Liquid-Plumr® and other drain cleaners are most effective when used sparingly (one to three times a year). Repeated use of liquid plumber on drains could deteriorate your pipes and cause more damage. If your pipes clog frequently, put down the liquid plumber and call your local plumbing contractor immediately.
