He gave lots of options for service and was very up front with the pricing. He charged us (ultimately) less than he quoted originally. He worked with another contractor and worked a 9 hour day until it was done! But he was able to fix the low pressure in the sink by replacing the faucet. All other plumbing companies we had out said our only option was to replace the old galvanized pipes!
