Evergreen was one of three companies I called and, by far, the least expensive and most informative. I was disappointed that the company we usually use insisted on pumping the tanks just to do the inspection which was about $500 more (though, they were not the ones pumping them). Another company insisted that the county would require pumping as it had been over a year since they were last pumped which was completely false (they would have been pumping them themselves) and would have added substantially to the cost of the inspection. Our tanks are of the size that we should only need to pump them every 3-5 years at most and it had only been about 2.5 years. Evergreen inspected and found that there was absolutely no reason to pump them and that everything was fine. In addition their cost of inspection was lower than the others. I enthusiastically recommend them and would use them again in a heartbeat. A big kudos to them for being so straight-shooting and reasonably prices. Not only that, they were easy to schedule with which was greatly appreciated!

Technicians were polite and professional, but they didn't know anything about septic pumping electrical system. My septic pump would not turn off. I had to manually turn it on to empty the tank. Called Kingsgate (Evergreen On Site) to fix. I knew I was in trouble within 10 minutes of them arriving. They open the junction and immediately began taking off the wire nuts and trying to rewire the box. Within 20 minutes they couldn't get the pump to turn on at all. After an hour of them making no progress, I called A Wesco Septic. A Wesco was able to come out that evening. I immediately asked the Kingsgate people to leave. Kingsgate charged me $296.18 to leave my septic system totally unusable. Thankfully A Wesco was able to come out and get the system back to where it was and then fix the problem the next day. The problem was not even in the junction box, it was in the control panel.

On both occasions, Evergreen came out and vacuumed and applied water pressure to clean tank. Wished they had additional tools for some difficult additional cleaning that was needed; however, will use again.

Watch out if you use Evergreen for repairs. We had our septic sump pump alarm go off and had to call for repair. Our system pumps up to our drain field 150 feet away. They did come out in a timely fashion and I think they did good work, but their prices are a rip off. We had to replace our pump. Their charge for the pump was $1065. I found out after the fact that it sells for under $600 at pump stores or online. They also charged nearly $400 to pump out the pump chamber. You might think that the extraordinary cost of the pump included labor. It did not. That was an extra $500.00. All told it ended up costing nearly $2300 to replace the pump. A serious rip off.

The Septic tank backed up late yesterday afternoon. I callled two other septic tank companies and had to leave a msg. I called Evergreen Sanitation and within minutes was set up for service first thing this morning. At 7:35 AM I received a call letting me know that the truck and driver were on their way. They arrived at 8:00. By 9:00, problem was resolved. The people that I talked to on the phone were upbeat, professional and efficient. The driver/pumper worked quickly, cleaned up area well and was pleasant. I am truly pleased that the service was performed so quickly.

Out septic tank backed up on a Saturday and we called and left a message.  We quickly received an e-mail that advised us they had received our message and would call on Monday.  Also provided a number to call  if emergency service was needed.  They called first thing Monday morning and we set up an appointment for Wednesday.  Truck arrived at the scheduled time and the technician went right to work and explained what he had found, answered my questions, and made suggestions as he felt were necessary.
    A different technician was required to install the optional risers and covers we agreed to, and he arrived as scheduled on Friday morning to complete the job.
    We appreciated the office staff at Evergreen keeping us constantly updated as to the arrival times and costs.  We would definitely use them again.

Always show up on time and are courteous and thorough.

We were having a drain field issue and another septic company was coming in a few days to repair. In the meantime we wanted to get the tank pumped to avoid backup into the house. Evergreen sent a pump truck the next day (only company who could). Rather than charge me more to pump the tank the tech did a quick repair to the drain field and things were working again in short order. Appreciated they suggested a less expensive option, quick response and great service!

Very happy with the overall job. The guy did cover the tank openings and laid the sod back in place when he was done, which helped a lot.
