"Thank you so much for this excellent review. If I do say so myself 🤣. It’s easy to do great work when you have a vested interest in helping good people. You were so kind to me and my crew from day one to project finish."

"Thank you so much for letting me work on your home. For anyone reading this it is a period 1936 home and has been brought back to its original glory. Possibly even a little better ? You were both a pleasure to work with. Take care and call me when your ready for the next remodel."

"I am confused about this review. I had a purchase for a consultation, it was for $150 and 1.5hrs of my time. With the visit, phone calls and estimate I put about 4 hours of my time into getting these homeowners as much information as possible. I never received a call back after the estimate was submitted and after a follow up by email didn't hear back again. These homeowners wanted about $60,000 worth of work done and had a budget of around $20,000. I want you and them to know that I did my best in finding a solution. I had lots of ideas and thought I did a better job than a but as (B) . As to this (B) for quality of work, I don't believe that's fair considering I didn't do any work for these folks. As to the (It went okay, comment) I did everything in my power to set expectations correctly for you both and I feel bad that it didn't go over better. It never feels good when you do not have the money to do what you want to do, I understand. I just don't think its fair to leave me anything lower that an (A) for the time I spent. I will gladly take a (B) for price, but not for my Quality of work."
Eric mostly managed the project and maintained excellent communication with me as it progressed. He also did a good job of making adjustments when unforseen obstacles arose. Dean did most of the foundation work for the new shower and fiberglass pan (we decided not to use a tub again), with Eric helping out as his time allowed. Dean also took care of other areas such as the drywall around the shower. Emil installed the porcelain tile for the shower walls and bathroom floor. Everyone did excellent work, and were the types of people I could be comfortable with in my house for the duration of the project.
I had the most interaction with Dean, who has many years of experience doing various types of remodeling. He is especially knowledgeable and conscientious with regards to creating a waterproof foundation for a tiled shower. He efficiently cut out and replaced the areas of the original wood framing behind the shower that had rotted due to water intrusion. He then meticulously installed backerboard with Vicor flashing and Red Guard waterproofing for a robust water barrier for the porcelain tile. Dean was great to work with, always being easy to talk to about project issues and alternatives.
I wouldn't hesitate having these guys do more work at my house.
"It was really nice to work with this client. Very knowledgeable and did great prep work for us. Thanks for all the hard work and enjoy the new bathroom!"
