Honest and professional. When you call, a nice lady answers to schedule your appointment, not some guy in the middle of a job. The plumber showed up on time. I had nasty tree roots in a foundation drain pipe. He quoted me $330 for the job, which was reasonable. He then proceeded to spend a couple hours trying to remove the roots. He got several feet out of the upstream end, but the downstream pipe was hopelessly clogged and probably broken. Since he could not clear that end of the pipe he only charged me $99 (with senior discount), which I thought was very generous. I would certainly call them again for my plumbing needs.

We've liked them in the past. The service varies from provider to provider, and from plumber to plumber that you get, we've had great service from plumbers, and we've had not so great service from plumbers. This particular instance, he was good, he did what we asked and he left in a timely manner.

They were prompt and I was pleased because they fixed the problem.

Drain-Away answered my after-hours call, made arrangements for a review of the situation the next morning, showed-up on time, evaluated the situation and immediately informed me, then charged a reasonable amount despite the situation being a false alarm by the tenant.

Erin arrived on schedule and got right to work.  While inside the cabinet, he neatly cut out the wood and drywall.  Not easy to do in such a tight place.  He located the leak and found that a section of the drain had to be cut out and a new section had to be built to replace it.  Because access was so limited in the wall he had to use a cable saw and two fingers to cut out the section of the pipe.  He rebuilt the new section just like the old section, which had some twists and turns, and connected it to our existing drain.  A difficult problem fixed!
Because Erin was so careful about removing the cabinet back and drywall, it made my husband's job of putting it all back together much easier.
Erin was very professional and friendly, as well as skilled at his trade.  I would not hesitate to call this company back if I ever have plumbing problems again.

My wife initially contacted Drain Away to obtain a quote.  They indicated they would try to get someone out later that same day.  About 2 hours later, Matt was pulling up to the house.  I wish they would have called first but, not complaining with such fast service.  I reviewed the quote and felt it was very reasonable.  We called back 3 days later to schedule the work and received an appointment only a couple days out.  Matt arrived with his assistant and made quick work of the job.  He charged exactly what was quoted minus a 10% discount for going through Angies List.  Overall, very good guys, good price and very happy with the service.  Others had quoted about $200 more to do the same job.

They were good. The rate was reasonable, the work was good and they were friendly.

He took plenty of time and explained each step, as well as offering tips for the future.  Thank you.

They did a good job. He made some good suggestions. He was a nice guy. It took him about half an hour. He told me that the outside faucet needed to be fixed. He wasn't pushy and didn't try to sell me anything. I thought it was a good deal and he was on time. There was nothing bad and I would use him again.

Our headaches are over!    We had Quest pipe that needed to be replaced.  Got a good quote from Cory, which included fixing our leak before re-piping.   Matt started the job a couple of days later,  and worked tirelessly  re-piping our two story home.  We are very pleased with their professional and work.  If you need a plumber don't hesitate in calling Drain Away.

Very responsive and did a great job.  Called for service on a Saturday and with in 2 hours the problem was fixed.

I called Monday morning... by Monday afternoon, Aaron was here to analyze and replaced the thermocouple.   The job was completed quickly, efficiently and satisfactorily.   I had not used services of DrainAway Plumbing services in the past but they will certainly be my go to guys for any plumbing needs in the future.

In every aspect this project went smooth and proficiently.  Cory came and to do an initial evaluation and bid, then Aaron and Matt did the installation.

I cannot say enough about how pleased I am with their professionalism.  They where prompt each morning and worked hard throughout the day.  Each night they completely cleaned up.

Where they had to dig for the new street pipe, they laid the dirt on a tarp to protect the rest of my lawn and reserved the sod they had dug up.  They filled the trench and put the sod back and you can hardly tell where the dig was.

They had to come back to do finishing touches, after my contractor built a wall, and they were quick to give me a time and date.

The finished job is fantastic and I love my new tankless.
