"We’d like to clarify the situation for anyone reading this review, as it significantly misrepresents the actual service timeline and the communication that took place. On July 2, 2025, our technician diagnosed a failed freezer fan and a clogged drain line. The customer approved the repair estimate of $400 (including tax and a discount). After the repair was completed and the unit resumed normal operation, the customer signed the invoice agreeing to the terms of service which included our warranty policy. Then 2 weeks later, the customer reached out on July 15, stating the issue had returned. We immediately scheduled a recall visit under warranty for that same day. However, the customer canceled the appointment and instead requested a refund. We explained that under our signed warranty agreement (which includes 90 days for parts and labor) we do not issue refunds for completed repairs, but we do cover the necessary warranty service at no additional cost. The customer then changed their mind again, and on July 18, we returned under warranty. The technician confirmed the issue was with the same part, and we re-ordered the replacement at no cost to the customer. At that point, the customer informed us they were going out of town and would contact us to schedule the final visit upon their return. That was the last communication we received. We were never contacted again. We were also not informed that the refrigerator had been replaced until this review appeared. Choosing to replace the appliance instead of allowing us to complete the covered warranty repair was entirely the customer’s decision. That does not reflect a failure on our part. We stand behind the work performed, the warranty offered, and the professionalism shown throughout. Our records including signed invoices, message history, and call logs show that we tried to resolve the issue promptly and properly, but the customer chose not to proceed."
