"My elderly mother is partially blind and disabled. On November 1, 2021 her washing machine broke leaking water in her home. In desperation she called rotor rooter. Roto rooter came out, stopped the leak, and put dryers in and left. They returned a few days later to remove the dryers. The technician quoted my mother a cost of about $3000.00. My mother signed a contract but could not see what she was signing. After Roto rooter Reno removed the dryers they sent a bill to my mother for $9000.00. The contract she signed stated Roto rooter would remove walls, roofing, insulation, baseboard, tile etc. Roto rooter didn’t do any of those things. Roto rooter is price gauging and took advantage of an elderly disabled woman. Roto rooter technicians were in the home no more than 3 hours total. First my mother did not have capacity to enter into a contract as she couldn’t see what she was signing. 2 Roto rooters technicians told her the cost would be about $3000.00. 3 Roto rooter did not do the work in the contract. I believe Roto rooter is commuting elder abuse and fraud."

He brought in very skilled team of subcontractors who he made sure didn’t disrupt our home life and office work activities. Eric was generous with sharing his expertise and insights that helped us make decisions on key details. We had about an 80 percent design and selected all the tile, fixtures, and custom cabinets but Eric’s attention to detail brought it all together, especially on our counters and master bath shower. Always patient and friendly, he wanted to make sure we were satisfied with the progression and the outcomes. He’s also committed to backing up his work. I suffered a serious leg injury after the remodel and Eric kindly went the extra step to come to our house and install a new light fixture in our bedroom. He scored an A+ on both bathrooms and we made a new friend."

Honestly, what I call a shed, would probably classify as a garage, had we installed a garage door, but that was not what I needed at the time. While working with Nate, I quickly recognized he could be trusted to find a solution to any problem. Next he helped me plan and built a matching railing for my home’s staircase, after I had previously removed an old rotting one. Again, this process was quick easy and friendly. Sadly I moved away from the area, but if I ever return, I will always reach out to Nate first for my building and remodeling needs."
