Here at Legacy Buildings, LLC, we are a general contractor which specializes in post-frame construction - or many of you may know it as a "pole barn." If you think this is just a "metal box", we invite you to take a look at some of our recent projects. Post-frame buildings are most frequently used for garages and shops or storage as well as for horse barns and riding arenas. Outer materials can be either metal, wood, vinyl or a combination. Did you know that if a post frame building is completely finished on the inside, you would think you were in a house! We build many 2 story garages with a mother-in-law apartment on the second story. Each project that we do is custom designed to your specific ideas and the design is limited only to your imagination. Include Please fill out the form below and we'll contact you shortly. Note: Our buildings are quoted with concrete slabs.

"They built a new garage for us - a pole-built building. All work was excellent including a bunch of extra stuff we added at the end. I recommend this company."

REIDT WAY DOORS, LLC is fully Licensed, Bonded & Insured. We are your local garage door company, fair prices, great service, and we're known in the valley since 1990. CALL NOW 425-503-7353 Ask for Richard! Additional contact: 425-888-4566 ask for Bambi Additional email: [email protected]

"Definitely recommend/hire. I first called Reidt Way Doors in the morning and explained my wood garage door (original that is 30+ years old) had come apart and needed replacing. Richard said he could come by for a look later that afternoon. He was the only door company I called that didn't schedule for next day, week, or beyond. Richard showed up around 5pm and had a look at the door. He said that these doors were well made and I could likely fix the top panel, vs buying a whole new door, as the wood had separated but not fractured. After talking through his recommendation (what exactly to undo to remove the panel) I was impressed and going to go that route. Next thing I know he's poking and prodding on the door and he gets the panel pieces to go back into place on the spot. He attaches a steel brace in two areas to hold the top/bottom together, and the door I thought was going to cost me at least a $grand, is now in perfect working order! He also replaced the springs, as one had broken, which caused the issue to begin with."

Super Service Award wining company on Angie's List. Archstone Masonry was founded by Jerrod Rhynalds in 2001, shortly after he took two first place victory’s in state and regional masonry contests. If you’re looking for a high quality masonry contractor, you’ve come to the right place. We at Archstone Masonry strive to be one of the best masonry contractors in the northwest. We employ some of the best stone and brick masons to make sure your project exceeds your expectations. We continue to be highly rated on Angie’s List since joining in 2011 and strive for customer satisfaction. Let us help you design/Install your next masonry project.

"Jerrod the owner of Archstone was emphatic to point out that he is one of the best if not the best and a very conscientious and honest man. He said the mortar on exterior house wall is very hard and can't be ground out. Per his expert advise the best things is pressure wash and scrape out loose and damaged mortar and use sponging technique to fill in cavities with type S mortar. I understood and agreed asking for care with pressure washer. Quote was $2922 before tax. He said the wall wouldn't look much better than it does now but he would get all the places having egregious deterioration and then seal. Two days work. Moving forward his team (him and a 18 year old nephew) came and went in less than 4 hours. Sealant remained to be done and I could see that cost was itemized at $400. I personally could do it in 1/2 hour so I asked him to scratch it from the price. He was very amenable to that. The issue arose when I was sealing I found and sent him photos of spots with severe erosion that were missed and should take about 1 hour to fix. Some on wall, one in bottom corner of house, one big seam in windowsill. I sent email and photos asking for him to return. He didn't reply. 1 week later I reached him by phone and he said he didn't get the email/or hadn't read it yet but he wasn't going to come back for 'pinholes' which I could do myself. First of all I could do everything myself but that's time that I paid him for. He is too busy to come. Photos are from the south wall as discussed."

Owner and President Ron Haider has over 25 years experience in the roofing and construction business. Our goal is to exceed our clients’ expectations and to grow our company through our reputation. The Remodeling Bid Process: Ron Haider meets with all of remodeling customers initially, and will discuss with you the particular requirements for your remodeling job. After the initial meeting, Ron will present a bid and a contract for you to review after explaining all product options and job site considerations. The Roofing Bid Process: Haider Construction bids on a project only after we have had a chance to visit your home and meet with you personally. Unlike some roofing companies that may present you with a “drive by” bid. we insist on precisely measuring the job, and then meeting with you face to face to discuss your needs and expectations for the project. We present our customers with a thorough evaluation of your roofing needs. We take that initial bid meeting as our opportunity to educate you about the many roofing choices, colors and materials available to you. Paul Lehman, our Roofing Sales Manager, has over 30 years experience in the industry. Paul offers comprehensive knowledge of roofing product options and excellent sales service, from the bidding process to completion of your roofing job. Additional email- [email protected]. Additional contact - Ron Haider.

"Roof Modification; required framing, connecting exhausts to roof vents, painting and roofing. Cost: 22,775 dollars From the end of November 2019 through March 2020 (expected 2 to 4 weeks, but end up taking 4 months). Except for the final roofing, the whole project was done by a father and his son (who was just learning) without supervisions. They came with a very old sedan (late 90s model?) which broke down twice during the project. No company logo was on the car. They did not bring their own ladders (as a roofer??) and used the ladder I bought from Goodwill throughout the project. The head man came here once (8 AM on Jan 7, 2020) because of my complaints. There was no inspection when it was completed. In January 2021, I found mold and blackened plywood and one of the exhaust connections fell on the floor. After long arguments, the problems were taken care of (?) in April, 2021. This is his email on 2021 03 16: “…...Then look at it in three years and if there are any failures then you would still be under warranty and we would redo it. I think what we have proposed will work, but if it does not you would still be covered.” On October 30th 2021, I went up to my attic again after long heavy raining. 3 of the vent connections were disconnected. There is possible leaking from a vent. I do not know how long this has been going on. All info was sent to Ron, the owner. I called him, before I could explain what happened, he accused me of having another contractor involved in this matter. BTW, I do not and did not have another contractor involved. He did not want to listen to me, cutting me off and telling me to sue him and then he hanged up on me. All I can say is that he is a very rude and unprofessional business man. Here were some of the comments he sent me in the past. 2021 03 13 Quote “Gaps??? So what. It is framing and makes no difference. You know nothing about construction.” 2021 03 13 How many inspections do you want on should we do on a small $20,00 No more comments, but JUDGE THIS by YOURSELF!!!"

Garages questions, answered by experts

Plexiglass garage doors are a durable and less expensive alternative to garage doors, and they maintain a similar aesthetic. Other elegant types of garage doors include carriage house garage doors and stylish wooden garage doors, but these don’t offer the same look as glass, of course.

Your homeowners' insurance should automatically cover your detached garage. This coverage often falls under a “separate structure” policy. Keep in mind that there may be exceptions to this general rule. Every insurance policy has its own rules and coverage, so contact your homeowners' insurance to ensure you’re covered—and to know how much coverage your policy offers.

Garage door replacement costs around $1,200 on average, with prices ranging from $250 to $4,500, depending on a few factors. The size and material of your garage door are the most important cost factors to consider, as some materials—like wood composite—can easily cost two to three times what an aluminum garage door would total. Larger garage doors will also drive up your material and labor costs, especially if you’re also installing new hardware and garage door openers. It’s best to get a customized estimate from a local garage door installer for your project.

If your garage door seems to freeze every winter, you can try rubbing silicone spray or petroleum jelly around the edges and rollers of the garage door. However, it’s a good idea to avoid direct application of silicone sprays like WD40 to rubber edges, which could damage them over time. A garage door that frequently freezes shut could need a full replacement, especially if it’s showing signs of rust or other wear and tear.

While you can technically use WD-40 to lube a garage door, it is not the best option since the oil it leaves behind can attract dirt. Instead, go to the hardware store and locate a lithium- or silicone- based garage grease. You can also search for garage door lubricant online; just make sure you get one that is made with lithium or silicone.
