I wish I had more fences for them to build. Augustine did everything right and professionally: they were quick, responsive, reasonable, cleaned up after the project, he spent the time to make sure it was the best it could be and what I wanted.

Excellent job! When I told them I needed a short (21 ft) privacy fence in a hurry, they came out the same day and gave me an estimate. When I accepted their proposal, they came out the next day and completed the fence. Iâ m extremely happy with my choice!

I don't write reviews except when I have an exceptional experience. Augustin and his team are awesome. The craftsmanship of my new fence is of the highest quality. I watched as he and his team inspected every board as they mounted it, and they kept me involved at each key decision point while remaining respectful of my time. This is a crew worth hiring.

Three sections of my fence blew over in a recent windstorm. We needed the entire project done - lumber purchased, boards cut, new fence installed. Step by Step responded to a request for quote immediately and scheduled my project for just a couple days later - and on a Saturday, no less. They quoted my rate with just a few pictures and made the process seamless. They arrived precisely at the agreed upon time of 8:30am, began work immediately, and had the project completed in two hours. Their work looks great and should I ever have a need like this in the future, I will be giving them a call!

Augustine and crew did an excellent job of repairing our fence. They were prompt, efficient, and had the job done and cleaned up in short order. Augustine also took the time to look at the rest of our fence to ensure no other sections were in need of immediate repair. Excellent work and good value.
