For the first two months of your project we had a new management team that was in charge of setting up your project, as well as a few others. After a few months, we realized they were clearly not going to live up to our standards, and they were terminated. I am sorry you were caught in the middle of that. It sounds like your estimator may not have clarified that and gone over the options with you. "This story doesnt make sense, Nick. We dont deliver framing. We also have our own in-house cad team and permitting specialists on staff. Everything we build is to code. If you have really gone through something even close to this with my company, reach out to me today on your customer portal for an immediate refund! Though this story sounds far fetched for the largest deck builder in the state of Washington, I would never allow a customer to go without the service for which they paid. So if you were harmed financially, I will definitely make it up to you."
"In the 20+ years, I have been doing this, I have to say that this is one of the oddest situations that I have run into. The only reason that I even called you in the first place was that you told your project manager that you did not want to give the lead installer a check to pay for the project because you, " did not know him". That did not make sense, so I simply called to reassure you that it was ok to give him the check because he works for us. The first thing you said was how amazing the project had gone. For some reason, you then became very upset when I asked you to release the check to the lead installer. As for the rest of these statements against my company quality of work. Shame on you for lying about us. I posted the pictures of your home on the day we completed the project on our page. They show the condition that the home was on the day we completed as well as the completed painting. These were all posted on the day of completion on your customer portal page as well. I would also point out another important fact. Just because some of our crew members may not have the same color of skin as you or speak English as a first language, does not mean that they do not have feelings. I would urge some more respect when you are dealing with people that are different than you."
