They built the garage and apartment in a very timely manner. All of their work was exceptional grade and the crews are trustworthy and very respectful of you family and property.

Dean Dayton, Lewis Pugh and the rest of the crew were very professional and easy to work with. The construction went very quickly with no problems. The house was vacant while the garage was being built but anytime I had a question they either answered their phone or returned my call ASAP. They were great when changes were made, they just went ahead and did it. I highly recommend Garages Etc. I wanted a garage built without a bunch of drama and I wanted it done correctly, that's what I got.

They did a really good job. They were very responsive. They called right back and they were very quick to come out and give us a bid. I may be using them again this year.

It went way beyond expectations. This was the first job that did NOT take twice as long and cost twice as much as expected. In fact, the job was finished 2 weeks before I expected. As stated above, Lew was in constant communication keeping me updated with the building schedule, asking questions along the way and made sure I knew to contact him if I had any questions, comments or problems along the way. Again, he constantly checked in during the process to be sure that I was content throughout the entire process. From the removal of trees, excavation, backfill, pouring foundation, pouring the slab, framing roofing and gutters - everything went off without delay and without a hitch. All of the Lew's crew were pleasant and professional.In only 3 weeks, I finally had the garage of my dreams. it looks fantastic and I could not be more pleased. All ratings are indeed Excellent, well above good and I would highly recommend Lew and Garages Etc. to anyone. The icing on the cake… Lew's bid was well below competing bids and I strongly feel the quality is outstanding! Bravo!

Built a 20x40 garage. If it said Gararge Etc on the truck door they were outstanding and that included the framers.

I am a retired architect who has done work around the world. I have never had a project go as smoothly as my work with Lou. He responded to my request for proposal immediately. His price wasn't the lowest, but it wasn't the highest either. He struck me immediately as a guy who knew what he was doing, and as someone who would deliver as advertised. I wasn't disappointed. Demo took a day; dirt work and forming followed; the foundation pour came up a little short, but the crew had additional concrete on site in time to avoid a cold joint; the slab was beautiful. The highest compliment to Lou, Henry, Robert and the crew (guys who have worked together since high school) is that every subsequent sub that came on site (including the building inspector) commented on how good the concrete work was. These guys are pros! I would use them again in a minute.

I found them on Angie's List. I would rate them very highly for what they did for me. I built a shop about thirteen years ago, but I did not get a permit for the same. I got in trouble with the county, about five years ago, as they were doing the revenues. My husband went back to this company. They did not charge me a thing. They backed the work up a 100%. They made up the blueprints and made the process of me being in a little bit of a trouble very easy. I cannot say enough about them. I would recommend them. I will use them again in the future.

When we decided to replace the sidewalk and wheelchair ramp that had been botched by another indiviual company we called around to different companies and those we liked to talk to, had them come out to give us bids. Lew at Concrete Etc. was the fastest in response, he came out and gave the estimate the same day we called. the other two took 2-5 days to show up. Concrete Etc was in between the other two on bid but we liked Lew and felt he was probably the most honest of the three. He was professional in everyway but took the time to explain what needed to happen and how long it would take. He took the time to be personable and be genuinely interested in what we wanted to accomplish. He told us we wouldn't have to pay a cent until they were completely finished with the job and we were satisfied with the job they had done. I liked that. They showed up on the date he told us they would be here. They showed up on time and was working immediately. They worked fast, professionally and I was very impressed with the knowledge all these guys had and the sense of humor they had even though the day was overcast and very cold. Sometimes the rain would force them for cover. They continued to work through it all, saw humor in a lot of things that perhaps others wouldn't have found that humor. Robert and Henry were the two workers that did a fantastic job. They removed the old cement, brought in gravel for the drive way that wasn't to have cement on it. They had everything done in a timely manner and a huge amount of knowledge. The ramp is about as perfect a ramp as I have seen when it comes to the proper bevel. the walkway is beveled and the driveway slab has a good slant on it that carries the water away from the house as it should. Overall? I'd say fantastic! If I need more cement work done, I know who I'll be calling. Thanks you guys. Larry
