AA Defined ExteriorsMike and his team did an excellent job with our project. We have an old 1926 Seattle house and things obviously come up, but they did an amazing job with the entire project. We had new stairs built in the front of the house, we added a whole new deck, and we completely overhauled our detached garage. Mike is really responsive and even though we found surprised along the way with the structure, his team handled it all professionally and delivered a great end result. Side-Pro IncI got 5 bids, Side pro has a great price, great reputation and a VERY comprehensive bid - in fact it was the most detailed of any of the bids that I received. In the end, went with a different vendor due to the type of siding, but still wonder if I should have used Side-Pro. T&N Quality Bldg and RemodelingWow. Five stars, easy. Project started off with a rapid response from Mark after we posted a query for a new wood deck at our swampy rear yard. Mark and Colin came out to the house to discuss the project and, thankfully, steered us towards composite material instead of wood. Russ and Craig did a fantastic job providing us with a beautiful deck - substantial structural framing, perfect finish carpentry on deck, stairs, and skirt. Jobsite was left spotless every day and work was done in a timely manner (and in the amount of time promised). Same result with new patio ceiling and ceiling fan, impeccable carpentry and, again, finished in time promised, absolutely no surprises on this project. Also, the team of Mark, Colin, Russ, and Craig is very professional and courteous as well as patient with picky homeowner! Throughout the project their goal was to make sure we were inconvenienced as little as possible and that were happy with the work, including making several suggestions that had not occurred to us. Great design/build group! We are now trying to come up with other projects just so that they'll come back!- Jane B.

Select Build LLCWe chose Select build for the remodel and addition to our house. From the very beginning Shawn and Shannon were very helpful. They communicated every step of the way, gave multiple options when obstacles came up and were thoughtful of our budget. If we had questions they answered them quickly. They were able to coordinate well with subcontractors and city inspectors to get things done quickly and efficiently. The work they did was great. We love our new kitchen, bathroom, bedrooms, floors and paint. Everything looks perfect! Masters ExteriorsLast year I entrusted a major exterior remodel to Chuck and his team - siding, paint, roof, and gutters. His estimates for siding were competitive and he gave me a great deal for doing the entire exterior together. They did a great job. I am still getting compliments on my house a year later. On top of that, they have one of the best warranties on their work. Supreme Skyline ConstructionI am a homebuilder with dozens of high end homes in the Kitsap peninsula area. I had typically installed siding myself as I enjoyed the work and had all the tools. However, a tight schedule caused me to reach out for a subcontractor (with some apprehesion). They didn't just fix the cosmetic damage we originally hired them for; they also helped us identify the source of the problem so we wouldn't have to pay for repairs again a couple years from now. Northern Pacific Exteriors did an outstanding job repairing, replacing my roof, and skylights. Starting with there “low pressure” sales representative that answered all my questions. Secondly, the staff kept in contact with me on were I was in there back log of the jobs in front of me. They made sure we were all on the “same page” of all I wanted for the roof, and if I had any changes to the contract. Lastly, the crew completed the roof replacement in an expedient time, and quality workmanship was top priority. All the crew were professional, polite, and always had a moment to answer any question that I would have for them. The foreman was also outstanding, any concern I had about my roof he kindly would take the time to talk it over with me, and pretty much follow through with any request that I had. Rain gutter crew was did the same quality of work as the roofers.
