HH Gutter Service's work and product has been excellent in each case. Their price was competitive and reasonable -- so coupled with their top notch quality, I found HH to be a superior gutter service provider.

Jesse and Rebecca were very helpful and responsive in answering questions and providing suggestions prior to the bid. They directed me to a straight face style gutter that would be more streamlined and less visible and provided me with multiple color sheets so that I could match a color to our railing. The installation itself went well. Collins and Cody were friendly and knowledgeable, and the final result looks excellent. Between the color and the straight face style, the gutters blend in remarkably and do not draw attention.

Working with Jesse, Olivia and Erik at HH Gutter Service was a REALLY good experience. Olivia was extremely responsive in terms of answering questions and providing estimates. Jesse came out to do the site visit to help me determine what actually needed to be done. He was straightforward, very knowledgeable, and allayed my fears that I would need to replace gutters by saying that really all I needed was a repair. He also recommended adding flashing to keep water from dripping down behind the fascia. I immediately felt comfortable with Jesse. He took the time to listen to my concerns and to take a good look at the site. Erik came out to do the work. He was on time, quick and efficient, and readily answered my questions. The work was done well and, as it is now raining heavily outside, I can happily say that my gutters are performing very, very well. No leaks! These are friendly folk who know their business and I will not hesitate to use them again, if I ever need to, and readily recommend them to others who need gutter work done.

It went well. The materials were excellent quality, as was the workmanship. I had a complicated roofline that required attention to detail and quality to get it right. Everyone who sees my gutters compliments the work on them, and I now have no water leaking everywhere. The one challenge was that they estimate the work based on a GPS system that allows them to measure remotely - very cool idea, but I had more to pay because they needed additional materials after coming to the house. That said, they didn't charge me extra for the complicated work they had to do on the roof, they worked with me on the final price, and I feel confident about my new gutters. Would definitely hire them again.

This job went great. Jesse was a pleasure to work with. The house was scheduled for painting as soon as spring weather permitted, and like true pros these guys worked around the painting contractor's schedule. They came and removed all of the old gutters so that the painting team could prepare and repaint all of the fascia boards. After the paint was dry, they came back and installed all new gutters. All while I was at the office. The new gutters look great. HH provided a gutter color that complements the new trim color of the house. The new gutters also make huge difference. The old ones, no matter how much they were cleaned, never seemed to handle the amount of water that came off the roofs during heavy rain. Jesse explained that the old gutters were undersized and assured me that the new ones would handle the runoff much better. They do! No more water cascading off the roofs into the driveway. Very pleased overall.

It went very well. came early, went right to work removing and installing new gutters, had them install extra downspout, cleanup was great, and I would use them again.

Pinnacle paid them--gutters/downspouts from the contract i had, so i have no idea of the cost. Jesse and his helper are pure professional -- even takeing pictures when gutters were installed.I would use them again if needed.

We began looking at replacing our gutters when we first bought the house 3 months ago and decided to replace them using HH Gutter Services (Jesse) because we met him at the Everett Home Show and he was very polite and not pushy at all. When he came to our home, he realized that I was very busy with the installation of our new dishwasher and offered to simply look around the house and make measurements to give us a quote. His explanation was simple and to-the-point, much better than the other companies we received quotes through, which were very pushy and wanted answers right away. He simply told us to let him know when we can. His quote came at a lower price than the other companies and the product he had at the Everett Home Show looked to be of quality workmanship. We get a lot of pine needles on our roof and in our gutters, and the Leaf Relief system he recommended has worked wonders! As soon as I called him to tell him what color we wanted the gutters, he went to receive the material and was removing my old gutter system and installing the new one the same day! What great service! He was done by the afternoon the next day and the gutters look great! We would definitely recommend HH Gutter Services to anyone looking to replace their gutters.

I would definitely hire these guys again. The owner, Jesse, and his brother Saxon were careful to get all of the new downspouts straight, ensured the seams were hidden, made sure the arms didn't obstruct windows, and were even careful to avoid scratching the paint while fitting them.

Two of the old downspouts being replaced dumped water in problematic places. One from the 2nd story deposited water directly behind a skylight and another on to a deck. They added an extension to avoid the skylight and carefully notched a hole in the deck and ran the new downspout to ground level.

While they were on site, Jesse checked the other buildings on the property and saw one had the same problem of a downspout dumping water on to a deck. He picked up extra materials and fixed the issue at no charge.

When they were finished, they collected all the bits of the old 2x3 downspouts the roofers had disconnected and strewn about and hauled it all away for recycling.

Before leaving, they made sure I had contact information and stressed that if I found a leak or any problem at all that they would come back and take care of it at no charge.

The estimate including gutter cleaning and I explained I had already paid to have that done this spring. Jesse did not have a problem with removing that from the costs
Jesse's workman, Keith, showed up a couple of minutes early and got right to work. The weeds are gone, zinc powder was put along the ridge line and under the skylight boxes and Keith told me the next rain would wash the zinc treatment over the shakes.
I had a side issue of water seeping into the grout line of our stone chimney and asked Keith if he would be able to apply the sealant in order to keep my 85-year-old husband off the roof. Keith checked with Jesse and took care of this task with no extra charge.These guys are professional, punctual, affordable, and very kind and thoughtful to take on that extra request.
I will definitely call them back for followup treatment when needed.

This was the second time we've use them. They came right away to look at the job and we got the quote on the same day. They did a great job, were on time and did great cleanup.

This firm exceeded my expectations in numerous ways. Jesse made an initial visit within a day of my contacting him, emailed an estimate to me that evening which I accepted and due to a cancellation on his schedule, had the new gutters installed in two days. The price was far less than I expected, the quality is as good or better as any other and they look terrific. They blend in with the roofing and are unnoticeable, just what I wanted. I'm delighted I could afford the leaf filters. Nothing was damaged during the installation and no debris was left for me to clean up. Jesse returned promptly when I contacted him and installed the rain chains I had ordered on my own. It's rained often since the installation and it all works flawlessly. I couldn't be more pleased with the entire experience.
