We were very pleased by everything Benjamin did for us. He was here when he said he would be and worked quickly and professionally in all he did. He removed the old springs and installed new one including cable setup and Spring setup until it achieved perfect balance. He also put new rubber on the bottom of the door. Fast service

The technician, Daniel, was here by 930 am and started work by 10. Initially was here for an assessment of repairing my door opener but came that I really needed the old system replaced with a new torsion spring system as replacement parts are not available anymore. We had to call and get approval from my landlord. He was finished before noon and did an awesome job! Daniel was very patient as we contacted my landlord for payment and approval. He was quick, concise and efficient. Job well done and thank you so much!

Professional, on time, diagnosed the problem and fixed the issue in one day. Overall, very competent and have great customer service.

As far as I can tell, the job was done right. It was easy to get an appointment. I was told the tech would arrive between 9 a.m. - 11:00 a.m. And he did. My only issue is that because I was given a timeframe, but I didn?t receive a courtesy call, email or text to let me know the tech was in route. Most companies I?ve dealt with do this now. It would be very helpful if this company did the same. It cuts down on the limbo & anxiety customers experience while waiting on the tech to arrive. Customers can do other things while waiting.

Benjamin responded to my issue and pointed out that I misdiagnosed the problem, saving me hundreds. Then gave a good explanation of the actual cause, my nearly 30 year old motor. He knocked out a fix in an hour and now my garage door works as good as new.

Overall it was a good job. The only thing now is I can only open the garage door from the inside.

After two days the paneling placed around the garage door was lifting because the wood they nailed it to got broken when they removed the old door. The installer never revealed that to me. The paneling was also placed poorly showing gaps and the pieces did not meet. The end result was a very unprofessional look. You would think the person that installed the garage had no experience at all. I am very dissatisfied and do not recommend the company. I had to pay another company to remove and replace the framing properly
