"Vadim and his crew love their job and they are great at it. They painted our whole house and deck in 3 days including all prep. "From the very detailed proposal to the completed project I was totally impressed. Antonio and his team did an excellent job of painting the house and garden shed. I was kept informed throughout with detailed status of work completed and next steps. I was most impressed with the prep work (pressure washing, scraping, sanding and identification of areas requiring special attention) that was completed before the first paint was applied. "Elias Contruction provided a detailed estimate after inspecting the roof and making some qualified recommendations. The project required a few change orders that were not clarified in writing. I would recommend hiring Elias if you get changes in writing. They cleaned up pretty well although they missed a few things due to finishing in the dark. Overall satisfied with the job and cost was 60% of other bids due to sheathing adjustment."
