The price estimate was done in a professional manner and was reasonable compared to other local company quotes. The crew was respectful of my property while on site and conducted themselves professionally the whole time they were there. I am very pleased with my new roof and would highly recommend Elias Construction for their excellent service, price, quality of work and attention to detail!

I am completely satisfied with Elias and his crew. They were very thorough in explaining the work involved in the project. They answered all my questions. They were considerate of my property, yard, and flowers and did a excellent job of cleanup. Elias showed me pictures of the completed work and I am happy to have a new roof.

I couldn’t have asked for anything more. From the day I called to inquire about a quote for a new roof, to the meeting to give me options, to the quote to the scheduling date to the finished product. All I can say is communication was great. Totally reasonable price. Professional installation. I would recommend Eli and his team over and over!

Elias Contruction provided a detailed estimate after inspecting the roof and making some qualified recommendations. The project required a few change orders that were not clarified in writing. I would recommend hiring Elias if you get changes in writing. They cleaned up pretty well although they missed a few things due to finishing in the dark. Overall satisfied with the job and cost was 60% of other bids due to sheathing adjustment.
