Difficult to start with a lack of communication. Once started, the project went over schedule due to lack of resourcing. Quality of work was poor due to wood damage caused by nail gun. Inconsistency in usage between nails and screws. Mistakes made were corrected however wood was not replaced which reflected multiple nail holes. Quality wood was not used consistently. Infrastructure and design was good.

We had vynl fencing put up around our property that posed many challenges in the way of uneven ground, sloping angles and tricky turns. The guys did a very nice job with a great attention to detail to make it look nice. Very pleasurable to deal with and they always cleaned up the site each day

Our project was really big - a cedar fence w 2 double-wide metal-frame gates and a gate between two buildings over concrete - around 3/4 of an acre. Some days were hot and others rainy. John worked most days by himself but he worked hard! This is the 2nd project we’ve had Goodrow do for us and highly recommend them.

Went very well. Work started within two days of the target gate. Project involved four property owners. Coordination was excellent with work progressing smoothly. Crew members were thorough, knowledgeable and did not mind answering questions. Material was as promised and looks great. A seamless project without any problems or issues. Project was coordinated through one of the four property owners which helped speed things along and provide clear communication.

Contractor scheduled to meet with me twice to review the fence and provide a quote.. The 1st time, he emailed that morning to say he had a conflict. We rescheduled and he said he would met me between 11-12 the following week. Today, the date of our second appt, he was a no show. I drove out to the house and waited an hour. When I called him, he said he forgot. Not that a way to do business.

"As she stated the first estimate we scheduled I did email to let her know I wasn't going to make it and that is what would have been done on the second estimate if I knew I was not going to make the appointment. I unfortunately simply spaced having an estimate scheduled for that day and ended up working out in the field on a couple of projects that day. By the time she called me to ask if I was still coming, I didn't have time to make it. I have contacted the customer by email apologizing for my mistake in forgetting about our scheduled appointment. I know on this sitiuation I wasted the customers time. I have offered to send her a gift card as a token of my apologies as this is not how we like to conduct business. William Owner"

Will Goodrow scheduled and arrived for assessment of felled portion of back fence damaged by unusually strong windstorm. We also had a rotting portion of side fence we opted to take care of same time. It was determined the integrity of back fence was affected by portion that was downed during storm. So, we knew pricing would be between 24-28 dollars per foot. Pricing was at 27.00 per foot to replace entire back fence and 1/2 of side fence. Snowstorm further delayed work, but we were immediately placed on calendar and notified. Work was completed in approx. 3 days replacing 85 plus feet of fence. It is beautiful. We are more than pleased. Craftsman Junior & crew was exceptionally polite, displayed much care and pride in workmanship, professional and considerate. We are thrilled..

We had a bit of delay in scheduling due to severe weather. This was a relatively small job, so I assumed they would schedule inbetween other jobs. William and crew worked efficiently and cleaned up the worksite when they finished. They checked back with me to make sure all was to my satisfaction before asking for payment.

Due to windstorm I had part of my fence knocked down and literally within 30 min of reaching out to Goodrow's outside of business hours I got a response and quote from William and he got someone out to my house the very next day! Their responsiveness was above and beyond expectations! This is now my 2nd time using them for my fence needs and both times were great with no complaints. Definitely recommend!

I requested a quote for a portion of our fence that had fallen over. The rep came out quickly provided us the quote. A year later we were ready so we requested another quote and they honored the same price which was cheaper than other companie. My only complaint was that I wasn’t aware that they actually had a calendar online with your project. I had to email to get confirmation of the dates. Unfortunately they didn’t show on the date and after I called they informed me of schedule issues and rescheduled me for another date. They came a day earlier than expected which was nice and were done in two days. Disregarding the hiccup of the schedule, I have to admit the fence looked amazing.

We had a chain link fence put in on our property and the workers we're very unprofessional. Anytime we had questions or issues that needed to be addressed, we emailed or called. William was very helpful and professional . Typical response time was in one day with any questions or concerns we had. The laborers who installed the fence left garbage all around our property after completing the work. After being contacted to make the final payment, William with Goodrow's reach out in response stating he would come and pick up any garbage and materials left behind by the workers. William completed picking up all of the materials left behind and the garbage on a Saturday. The over all experiance with William has left us satisfied customers!
