"This is the second/third time we've used Five Star Painting (first time was when they were Protect Paining and we lived in a different home - gave them 5 stars then). Terry and crew of four, did an outstanding job on our house exterior paint job in May 2017, which included the entire exterior/trim and large deck. They showed up each day on time, cleaned up, and were very respectful. Choosing the right color and type of paint is one thing but how it is put on is another - The Five Star team did fantastic work. As most people know and require... details matter and these guys demonstrated high quality in their attention to detail. Terry stayed connected and engaged in managing the project - coming to the job everyday to check in and make any appropriate adjustments. Five Star Painting made our 8 year old house look like a brand new home!!! Not to mention it is now properly protected from the elements. They did such a great job, before they closed out the job, we got a quote for our interior, which we executed on a few months later (Nov 2017). A+ all the way around on the interior work as well. Now the inside and outside look brand new. Can't say thanks enough. We definitely chose the right company and team for the job. We trusted them with our home and they knocked it out of the park. "Jerry was quick to respond and negotiate the bid as I had additional requests to add to the bid. I had several other bids that needed further negotiations that were not adequately addressed. Jerry was responsive to my concerns and made an effort to address any issues. I wanted the gutter painted as I noticed the unpainted gutters attract dirt and stain over time and Jerry had no problem adding that to the bid. Most of the work was completed by his worker. However, Jerry completed the touch up work himself. He did provide a high quality paint and 2 coats. Jerry was really good about checking the quality of the prep work and the paint job.
